I have received a phone bill dated 06.4.2009 charging from 01.3.2009 to 31.3.2009 of Rs 1460.00
The bill is too high as compared to the usage. My last bill amount was some 600.00.
Kindly provide me the usage details of the billing period and delve in this matter of inappropriate billing.

Up to 2 days before my JULY usage was 1.6 GB, today what i could see was its increased to 2.9 GB.
The increase of 1.3 GB is mentioned for the usage up to 5:00AM. also they are charging between 2:00-2:20 daily...

    Sir,
    I am Bijay Prasad Shah of NE II circle, Dimapur(Nagaland). I have got Saral Anant Sim bearing mobile number [protected]. As BSNL website for NE 2 promise to extend the recharge time by 90 ( Ninety ) days if recharged by Rs. 112 and 180 (one hundred eighty) days if recharged by Rs 225 top ups/recharge coupons but to our horror the BSNL has failed to fulfill its commitment as no time extension take place if recharged by Rs 112 and only 90 days extension take place if recharged by Rs225. On 17th March 09 I complainde at Customer Centre Kolkata Vide complain no.3450259 and was promised of redressal and information by call but still waiting for either. As per my last recharge, the time is 23/04/2009 and I recharge it with Rs 112 without extension in time on 14/03/09. Should I surrender the sim and Go for Airtel whose rechage time is Rs 10 per month for 30 days extension under the same call charge.

    I am BSNL (Saral Ananth) scheme subscriber since 2000, I came to know that If I recharge with Rs 45/Month I will get a scheme called 1Paise/Month. Where to get these coupons please guide, let me know whether the same can be done online.

      my broad band is breakdown frequently.i have complained for several time though i dont get any response from the service provider. every time i make complain nobody want to accept complain. every time they give me new number to contact. i collect more than 10 number. i had tried on all. still i am suffering from the problem. i m helpless that nobody is there to give solution. so kindly assist me how to reach to solution.

        i am neeraj kumar i am a user of bsnl broadband service in allahabad u.p. my problem is within 2 to 3 days my bsnl broadband is not connecting with 678 error. when i go bsnl office they said every thing is correct. then next day i checked my bsnl modem to a bsnl costmor then he made modem correct with configuration .
        i want to know what is the problem and how i troubleshoot it. this problem comes in my modem in 2 to 3 days .

          A month ago i changed my BSNL broadband plan from HOME 250 to HOME 500 C...
          From the past few days, i hv been encountering error 691.But strangely my PC does connect sometimes
          which means there is no hardware problem or any invalid username-password problem.I am also not able to check my broadband usage n change password coz there the page doesn't load.Please help me.

            I am roopa Phno: [protected] Bangalore. My daughter acativated the cricket message 5650515 in the month of November and deducted Rs. 15 every month. I called customer care to deactivate they told me to send the SMS as per there instruction I sent several messages but till today they have not deacativated and amount is been deducting every month. kinldy help me.

            I too hate the Caller Tune facility which gets actiavted without our knowledge. BSNL must provide facility to confirm copy of Caller tune on press of *, because am not sure i[censored]nknowingly Caller Tunes gets activated for my number or BSNL simply puts the caller tunes and charges us.

            Did u try the following,

            Send SMS 'BT DACT' to 56700

            Send an SMS with content,
            BT DACT
            to 56700 and this will deactivate ur caller tunes within 24 hours. And I think BSNL will charge Rs.2/- for the SMS.

From that very day the speed of internet on broadband is irregular or without connectivity which is being regularly displayed on my screen. Due to this I am not able to see videos etc.Sometimes the situation is such that I am not able to hear songs on FM .I hope that after lodging this complaint somebody from the department shall do something, so that I may get relief and enjoy the internet services. If that is done I can also say, "Bharat mein bhi aisa hota hai".

              I have got 2 connection of broadband from August. 2008 in Sirkali BSNL Office. Monthly 4 or 5 Days Not working in the Connection . My Plan is Business 3300+ and 2000 8 mbps plan Monthly i have Pay Rs. around Rs. 7000/- Pay in BSNL. Service is Very Very Poor. Pls Generate BSNL Broadband Customer Care Service. From that very day the speed of internet on broadband is irregular or without connectivity which is being regularly displayed on my screen. Due to this I am not able to see videos etc.Sometimes the situation is such that I am not able to hear songs on FM .I hope that after lodging this complaint somebody from the department shall do something, so that I may get relief and enjoy the internet services.                 i pay my landline telephon bill via epayment at statebank of india net banking via mp on line at 25 march 2010 after payment today i recived a call from bsnl he say your bill not paid i contect indore telicom office no 2 roomno 207 .consirning tell me your bill not payed.i have a copy of confermation of bill payment via sbi online.

                I have paid bill through BSNL site, through ICICI bank account on 16/05/2010 Bill date was 08/04/2010. I have got receipt generated by inter net. Its last date was 20/05/2010. on 21/05/2010 BSNL site added fine, my bill was Rs. 1056 which was paid on 16/05/2010. now it is showing Rs 1056+40(fine)=1096.                   We recently shifted our home from podanur, coimbatore to Eachanari, coimbatore. We requested BSNL for transferring the BSNL connection from Podanur to Eachanari on March 5th. The connection was thereby disconnected from Podanur on 7th March. We were informed like we will be getting the connection to our new house at Eachanari in couple of day’s time. But we did not get any response from BSNL for one month time. We were regularly requesting the Kurichi branch telephone exchange, but no positive reply till April 2nd. Line man visited our house on April 2nd. We have three BSNL junction box located within 75m range near to our home. But the line man is demanding RS 4000 for anonymous reason to give us the connection. This really looks like bribery. The fake reason told by them is to get the cables for giving connection. Is it really true? Do we need to bear the charge? Even if we want to bear will it be Rs 4000? Request you to clarify all my questions. My son is Studying engineering and he is working for his project tediously. Since we have a very good opinion we are not interested to go for other service providers. Also I have been waiting for the connection patiently for more than a month.

                    I SOUVIK DEY TAKEN A CONNECTION FROM CALCUTTA BSNL.. THE SCHEME I HAVE TAKEN NAMED " KOLKATA 249 PLUS". MY MOBILE NUMBER IS [protected]. THE PROBLEM I AM FACING BY TAKING THIS CONNECTION IS THAT WHENEVER I MAKE A CALL WITHOUT GETTING ANY RESPONCE FORM OPPOSITE SIDE THE AMOUNT WAS CHARGED FROM MY ACCOUNT.SEVERAL TIME I HAVE COMPLAINED TO THE BSNL CUSTOMER CARE BUT STILL NOW I HAVE NOT GET ANY RESPONCE FROM THEM.                       I want to deactivate the bsnl cricket alert service 51234030 which got automatically activated . I had lodged a complaina several times to the customer service center but the service is not deactivated yet I even send an SMS for deactivation on the following number but, the serivce does not support it. Money of my account is affected due to it twice for the services which i have not even demanded. Customer service is very poor it is never available. In bsnl never a problem is been solved. Its my request that my prolem should be solved immediately otherwise I'll go for legal action so to avoid further complication Please deactivate the cricket alert services. Aswini Kumar Tripathy

                      Dear sirs, im pree paid holder n my number is [protected].My set is NOKIA N72.I hv GPRS activated and i have send n recd email from my id yahoo n gmail through software.But GPRS didnt working properly since 4.7.09 to till date.Server is going 2b slow day by day n page is nt open properly indicated wave connection time out, and various type error is coming.So it has been informed 2 customer care bv till date job yet 2b completed.So its 2b rectifified as soon as possible.
                      I have postpaid mobile connection no.[protected]. I have already paid june-2009 bill amount of Rs570.00 against your invoice[protected] on dt.21.07.09. But from today 31.07.09 outgoing calls are not operating.So kindly look after the matter & allow my out going calls.

                      I have charged Magic plus on 10.07.2009 for three months in my Mobil no. [protected], but the same become un effective nearly a week back i.e. it give me services for only 40 days.
                      The most worst customer care is the BSNL one. The guys working there, are hesitating to talk to the customers. Hope they are not qualified and got the job by showing their a_ _ Hole to the higher autherity or by giving bribes. They could not clear our queries and put us on hold and after some time they abort our all. Really shame on you guys and the oriya guys are horrible.
                      this is really the worst company BSNL.the customer service is terrific.in my area there is a big signal problem.it is totlly fluctuating.but when i asked them to my complain they said that please select operator on manual mode.i said it is already.then they said we cant do anything and cut the phone.my complain no is 3518742 and my cell no is [protected].i gave the complain in 7.6.2009 but till now no reply..pls help me whom to contact for this..

                      BSNL customer service became so useless that i have just got fade up by the service regarding the recharge plans, i have recharged with RS97 power plus but neither my powerplus got active nor i have received any balance but still i have to pay for it to the vendor as because the balance got deducted from their account, by the side i have received the confirm message after recharging but i think that is the fake message that the BSNL has sent to me. i have tried to call the BSNL customer care several times regarding it but not a single time the call got connected so that i can inform the problem to the customer care executive. i have tried to mail also but the mail not got delivered as some error occured during sending the mail. if the plan changed then how it got recharged & the message i have received, i just got harassed & posted the comment here.

                      Dear sir it is to bring to your notice that I sri kandena santosh of chonangipur haddubhangi dist gajapathi that i had given all my relevent documents to the dealer of bsnl parlakhemundi dist gajapathi odisha)on 02/11/2012 for MNP(mobile number portability) of my reliance number [protected] to bsnl. At my place the bsnl network is better than other network. So i thought of MNP. The dealer of parlakhemundi dist gajapathi has taken my relevant proofs of documents for MNP from reliance to bsnl on 02/11/2012. Only for 2 days i had my incoming calls.But from the third day onwards i am not getting any incoming and out going the calls. Also the validity voucher of Rs 46/-is not accepting.I have given complaint to customer care officer several times against this issue. They are simply saying that we have forwarded a request to the technical department. Besides i have again given a call to the customer care officer for the same issue. Than they have given me the complaint Number K17OR300347 dt 14/11/2012 time:10 am. The mobile number which i have mentioned is very important. This number is circulated to my office staff, superiors relatives etc.

                          BSNL Landline 22520113 not working properly for 2 months now

                          The above referred landline of ours[protected] has not been working properly since 2 months now. Even when it works, there is so much noise that we are unable to speak or hear what is being spoken to us.

                          We have registered complaints several times but till date the problem remains unsolved. We are forced to use only our mobile phones for making and receiving calls.

                          The response is appalling considering that Airtel, Tata Indicom etc. send their service staff the same day of a complaint and rectify the same.

                          We are unable to reach anyone responsible who can fix it and hence this complaint to you.

                          I request you to kindly look into this and arrange for an early solution to the problem.

                            Many times I have tried to change the pass word,but I could not. Every time it asks either Portal ID & password.                                 my telephone is temporarily disconnected since 3 years at the time of construction of new road.the fixed monthly rent for about 2 years had collected from my account.
                                many times I had requested or register complaints in bsnl landline offices.but they didn't take neccessary actions.

                                telephone line is available near 1km distance, but they are not willing to give the connection unless there is a new application of certain number of connections.
                                due to the irresponsibility of bsnl authorities in this area people are not willing take a connection who had paid monthly rental for a non working connection for years.

                                as you know nowadays Internet has became a basic need, and only bsnl is giving a high speed connection which can be affordable to common people.

                                I request you to take neccessary actions regarding our connection, I hope you will kindly do the needful

                                    sir, I am unable to connect to internet from[protected]. I have lodged a complaint in local bsnl office. But till now nothing is solved. I am getting error 815 on vista and error 678 on windows Xp. The bsnl JE is telling that there is problem with server. But they are not rectifying it. I am using 256kbps Unlimited Rs.750 plan. thank u sir.

                                    i am using vista and win XP. i am not able to connect to the internet. it is giving 168 error code or something. also i am not able to install USB modem driver for "UT300R2U ADSL2+Modem" on win XP & vista both . i did not get the ethernet cabel only USB cabel i have. I have searched lot for driver in the CD provided by BSNL.
                                    It is also not connecting to 192.168.1.1. what should i do.

                                      It is going to be about more than a month since my broadband is not working. In this regard I have made many complaints to your deptt. vide complaint no- 917 on dt. 02-04-09 & also submitted a complaint letter to the GMTD, BSNL Kanpur on dt. 06-04-09. Despite that nothing has been done so far & the situation is still pathetic & unsolved. Please take the initiative to look into the problem as soon as possible for which I shall be highly grateful to you.

                                      Regret to mention the connection worked just for 2 days and is lying disfunctional since last 3 days. Repeated calls also fetched No results.

                                      Pl get the fault rectified immediately.

                                      Mr. Susheel Kumar ( in Una Himachal Pradesh) also visited at my shop but he is failure to resolve my broadband problem, inspire of this he said if you not satisfy with our service then disconnect the connect, before some days i request to them kindly activate my broadband service with combo-675 plan, after that its work but not with 512mb speed as per chart shown in BSNL broadband form, they gave me only 60mb speed inspire of 512mb. i told him when we gave you full payment as you charge us in the bill then why you should not gave me 512mb speed as per my plan which i select., then he told we are helpless, we are not able to more speed then 60mb, but on 25th june i got a message that your broadband complaint has been resolved, but actually its not solved by any one, even again i complaint at 1500 to Mr. Dharmendra but he hold me many times.
                                      so my personal experience is that BSNL is a very bad service provider.
