I have the honour to state I got a BSNL broadband connection (Home Plan 250) through a franchine of BSNL name M/s. Posh Communication, Sector 20, Panchkula w.e.f. 11.12.2008 on telephone number[protected] and deposited all the payments in respect of Modum etc. in the BSNL office in Sector 5, Panchkula. Eversince its installation, the above telephone did not work and consequently the I could not use the broadband facility. I tried my level best for functioning of the above telephone and broadband but M/s. Posh Communication, Panchkula (thorugh which the telephone and broadband connecton was installed) but neither they start functioning telephone nor broadband service was started. Also, inspite of repeated written as well as verbal complaints to disconnect the above connections, they are still continuing sending me bills monthly.
I, threfore, request you to please issue necessary directions to the department of BSNL and M/s. Posh Communications Ltd; Sector 20, Panchkula (Haryana) to disconnect the above telephone as well as broadban connection and refund my sercurity deposited in connection with telephone number 2520350 and also amount of Modum deposited with BSNL, Sector 5, Panchkula and oblige.

Cell on — Stopped all subscription immediately
Some subscription like jokes, Masti pack,Cricket etc. are frequently coming in my moble no. [protected] without any activation. Unncessary amount is being deducted from my balance. Hence, it is requested to kindly stop immediately all messages which are coming in my mobile no. [protected] and ensure that after towday this type of money deduction from my pre-paid connection no. [protected] in future.Thanks,
