I have been try to port my number from BSNL (AP & Telangana circle ) since the past 3 days and have sent a message to 1900 multiple times for the same. However, evry single time I got a response saying "Request for UPC for your mobile no. XX could not be processed. Please retry after sometime".

BSNL customer care is not reachable.

Kindly help me with this issue

      I have been trying to port my BSNL prepaid no. since April 27. I have sent port message multiple times. I receive msg saying "unable to process your request. Try later"

      Customer care told me it is a server issue. will be resolved in 24 hrs.
      They are giving the same answer for the past 20 days

      I went directly to the BSNL office. The customer care officer told me that Yes. we are having port server issues...and if I paid 100rs. and converted my 2G sim into 4G, then I can get port code

      Now if there was a server issue, how can only a 4G sim be allowed to port and not a 2G sim.

          Hi,
          I've been trying to send port request for the past few weeks, and sending port SMS to 1900 from by BSNL number.

          Everytime I'm getting a message like
          “ Request for UPC for your mobile no. xxxxxxxxxx could not be processed. Please retry after some time.”

          I had called customer care and no response has been received yet

So I'm complaining u now only so that the sim can be blocked and no one person use it while he or she may get my phone and don't make call with my phone also.
              So, sir I'm requesting u that please block my sim card immediately and as soon as possible also so that no one can use it and no one do call from my phone as well as also when it will stop and its all the services will be stopped.

                    I was trying to port my number from bsnl to jio. When I sent sms to 1900, they are sending message from 1901 that UPC delayed and try again.

                        I requested your Customer Service Centr at Besant Road, Kumbakonam to remove Internet connection to our Landline No.[protected] on March 21 and my plea was recoded in your system and given Ref.No.[protected].
                        In this connection I contacted ur customer care service and they also confirmed that my request was registered on 3-3-21. However, revised plan is yet to be done and keep on sending bill for Rs.1890/- for the past three months. Will u kindly rectify in your system immediately and change the plan without fail. Thanks.

                          I had planned to port my BSNL prepaid number to another operator.
                          Thus I sent PORT to 1900.
                          Even after many messages I couldn't get UPC code till now.They are not providing UPC code

                          I need this urgently.

                              I am trying to change my bsnl number to airtel since two weeks I am unable to get upc code when I tried to call customer care they are tell it take 24 to 48 hours to resolve the problem till now the problem is not resolved and now when I try to call customer care the are not lifting my call and telling your call is important to us please wait your call will be attended shortly

                                Hello, I had purchased a BSNL fiber wifi. I chose the plan of Rs. 499 while it has got upgraded to Rs. 599 automatically. I am not willing to pay any extra cost. Either revise my bill or take your connection back

                                        This is with regards to the disconnected Landline number[protected] and Billing Account number- [protected], I requested the commercial officer of Kodambakkam BSNL office to proceed with disconnection of my landline connection with a written request letter on 26/04/2021 and when I checked about my security deposit amount, the officer denied that there is no such amount that would be refunded back. And the best part is, they do not have any entry in their database.

                                        Called up the customer care and they confirmed that the security deposit amount is not updated in the system.

                                        I would like to know if they provided me the connection free of cost or BSNL have found new way of cheating customers?

                                        From the BSNL website, it clearly says that the security amount for new landline connection would be Rs500 for Local+STD.

                                        Can BSNL explain what happened to the deposit amount I paid during new connection request?
