It is to be noted that I have been using a telephone connection (Phone No. 224021) with a registered customer ID 1788602 for availing the telephony services for the last 4-5 years. I have started using this connection for broadband services (Home Plan 750 Unlimited) for the last 1½ years. This way the monthly financial burden was nearly Rs. 900 a month for the use of broadband. All went good till end of May 2008, but now I have been produced a Bill No 47100017 for the month of June and July 2008 amounting to Rs. 5783.00, which seems inappropriate in all the way. When discussed with personnel of BSNL unit in Bhadohi, I was stunned to note that my plan (Home Plan 750 Unlimited) has been changed to Business Plan without any request for plan change from my side. In this connection, I contacted various personnel at Bhadohi office to track the file and come up with the facts. The personnel at Bhadohi office agreed that there were no any request for plan change and admitted the discrepancies in the bill, hence suggested me to get it rectified from Commercial Office, Varanasi.
Again I approached Varanasi office on 3rd of September 2008 to discuss the matter. A letter in this regard was submitted there on same day. One of the personnel at Varanasi Branch said because you live in the PC Market and must be using the connection for business purpose, hence your bill is correct. One cant stop him from laughing to hear such an irresponsible statement from an authority like him.
I wish that this case be looked into deeply and I may be suggested appropriate steps for the correction in the Bill.
Moreover with such silly statements from craps is causing great amount of loss to the entire nation in terms of monetary implication.
An early look up in this case shall be highly solicited.

My phone no is[protected].i am using bsnl broadband 250 home plan.I want to change it to 500 home plane.I called bsnl call centre on June 16, 2009.The person there gave me request no 346102 and informed me that it will take place from first of July 2009.Now it is 2nd July and no change in plan.I tried several times
over the phone no given by call cetre but nobody is taking the phone or doing any good.Please look into the matter.

guys can any body post his download speed with internet download manager if he have home plan 750.
The service offered by the bsnl officers r very bad..
i just waited for one month to get the 750+ connection.

Dear Sir, I am using BSNL Broad band services for retrieving our all e-mails but unfortunately for last two days my host server(mail.kermanintl.com) is not working and rest of my all sify, yahoo etc are working.

    Hi,

    It has been almost more than 3 weeks our home BSNL Landline 26480285 has not been working.It was initially a case of late payment of the bill and we assumed in a day or 2 it would be set right.After numerous failed attempts to contact BSNL we got to know that our landline is now in safe custody.How did they decide to put it into safe custody we have no idea.We have not placed any request for the same.Each time we call the BSNL Customer Service, we get shuttled bewteen different numbers that we are expected to call up.Some of them being 22448181, 26541500 which are always engaged.No one seesm to know what is wrong and it appears like BSNL only tries to get rid of complaints by making them call up numbers which they know are always busy.Their complaint forum online is of absolutely no use.Please help!

      I have a excel no.-[protected].My Sim has blocked this morning.When I try to start the phone it asks for Puk code and hence I am unable to access my Sim.Bsnl Customer care service is not responding.I need the Puk code.

      In similar situation i was directed to the BSNL office, from were i bought my card, u have a service help desk, to whom i[censored] would confirm the nos that u would have behind the sim card, they will be able to give u with the PUP code. All the best...

        hello,
        I am seriously fed up from highly poor, unresponsive and ridiculous behavior of BSNL officials especially Mr.A.K.Sharma (S.D.O. Dehradun). Whenever we face any problem regarding our broadband we have to wait atleast 30-40 days for its repair and sometimes still unrepaired same as this time...Every time during need I have to rush to cyber cafe although I have connection of my own (which now I feel is seriously useless) .

        Kindly pay attention on your pathetic services otherwise everyone have to think over to switch over on another connection like me.

        Hi, i have got fed up from getting a very low speed of net. I have filed a lots of complaints but it is of no use. If you cannot provide us that speed then why are you providing us your service.

        I am an customer of BSNL BroadBand services and really want to share with all my experience with all o[censored], actually m running an cyber with only 5 computer with the BSNL BroadBand connection, and i want to say that " IT's really Sucking me Every Day i handling it" . Actually what the thing is i regularlly has problem with it and when i call 197 to lough a complain they said "It's not over work " our work is only to take complains and forward it, and if have problem then take this number and that number and that number not even respond".
        M daily trying to get rid of it, but it's my badluck that our location is little bit interior so sify and other are not have their line's here and I am really Fed-up with "BSNL BroadBand" . What to do if someone had the answer of my query Plz... i m waiting...

        BSNL Broadband — Delay in connection & Rude behavour of BSNL exchange employees with customers

        Hi,
        I have applied for BSNL broadband connection last one week but till now nothing is happening. When I had been to BSNL exchange office in BTM Layout, Bangalore, there behavior is so rude, Mr. Sriniwash (employee of BSNL exchange BTM Layout) has shouted on me and when I have asked that oter service providers are giving connection within 3 days then he is showing me hand. He told me that talk to officer, when I asked where is he, answered me that he is outside so go and search is main road.... rudly. he told me that still it will take one more week means total 2 weeks, after weeks also it is not sure ki I will get the connection.

        I just want to know to the BSNL high athorities that is this way to behave with your costomers. I know nothing is going to happen...
        Next month only I will take any private sector BB connction, at least they will behave with their customers in well manners.

        I have a broadband connection to my phone no.[protected] with 500C plan. But i cannot access full dounload speed which usually goes to 200KBps. I got the speed within 20-60 KBps usually. sometimes lower than it. Also i cannot open the site to see my Broadband usage due to page error. I complent for it many times in my local Telephone Exchange i.e. Belurmath Exchange. But they usually say that it is totally good by their ends.

Since begning facing lot of problems like slow speed & disconnection frequently due to some times cable broken & most of time technical reason from BSNL office.         I have a landline telephone connection bearing No. 2754703 in my late Fathers late Lt. Col. R.L.Sircar's name. I want to change the name from my late fathers to mine.my father expired in 1988 and since then I am paying the bills regularly. Since now we are getting reimbursement for telephone bill from office, I am unable to claim because the connection is not in my name.and also I want to get broad band connection.I had approached your office near Darshan lal crossing opposite St.Thomas school and submitted the form for transfer twice, one they misplaced the forms submitted in triplicate next time they refused to take the form saying since the connection is OYT category the phone cannot be transferred.Then they said I have to meet some officer and talk to him without asertaining whom to talk to and the number will remain the same and it will be in my name. I am confused by this sort of reply. Kindly let me know how to get the phone changed in my name, or else I have to take another connection and stop paying future bills for this phone. waitin for you reply to help me out.

I can dail the Number but cannot listen the ring, after repeadly complains at Adampur exchange as well as at kalara village exchange, but could not see this phone in serviceable conditions. this is enough, even one day I took instrument to Adampur exchange to replace, but when checked by some one the instrument was alright, then that person assured me that your telephone line got some fault, I will send lineman, he will rectify the fault, this also happened two months before. even after so many telephonically complains lodged, but no result I could find.sir after waiting a long I am just sending you last e-mail.

        My telephone no. is 2651910 using Broadband connection for the almost one year. The service of BSNL is very poor. I am having link problem almost daily.Link is not continueus. It breaks frequently and makes it impossible to work with efficiently. I have to work for maintaining the website, Under the present situation it is impossible to continue with this service. A number of times I have made complaints at 01351504 though I have got a very polite response but their action & response to our complaint is ZERO. I have also complained to SDO Dehradun. The system remained undisrupted only for two days after that it is again in the same pattern. kabhi chalta hai kabhi ruk jata hai.It is not reliable.

        No doubt BSNL as a Company is not bad, and the majority of BSNL people is very hard working, but people like ...SDO, Patelnagar, they are the hell. One day people like SDO, ... will dissolve all the respect and repute of BSNL. The System of BSNL Dehradun needs major repair and staff reshuffling. The higher authorities of BSNL should take immediate action in this regard. Otherwise, people will not wait for your action, rather they will take action to get detached from the burden of BSNL and then BSNL will feel burdened by the people like SDO… Patelnagar. No turn around time after 5 o clock the technicians leave .. Its been 2 days n its hell of an experience

          Respected Customer Care Executives,
          I am using BSNL broadband connection (500 compo plan) since Aug 10th. All these days i didnt get the speed as u offered(2mbps). I am getting a downloading speed of 2 to 6kbps b/w 6 am to 8am. Then 20kbps to 40kbps b/w 9am to 10am. The rest of the time the downloading speed is diffrent sometimes 2kbps sometimes 20kbps. Today morning I tested the internet speed in an internet speeedometer Web. The speed shown is 12.2kbps. This speed is very low
          Also their is another problem am getting a very low speed than that i mentioned above when i connect ADSL splitter. Now i directly connected that line to my Dlink modem. In the begning i thought it was the problem of my ADSL splitter. I bought a new one. But the same problaem is occuring again. Infact i couldnt use phone while using internet.
          I tried to call u several times to 2378440, 2377879, 2324844, 2324811, 2324822 thse numbers. But i couldnt get u. Plse take necessary steps to solve this problem. My landphone number is[protected] mob num:- [protected]

            I booked my connection through bsnl shoppe franchise : Vasantha Comunications opp . Kamaraj arangam, teynampet . i booked it on 20.08.08, paid the deposit of 5oo /- too . Ive still not received a connection of the telephone it self . due to urgency n renowned company only i booked it with bsnl but as of now its not serving the purpose . Ive been following up every day, the response is really bad . Request you to send the line man for connection and finish the job as early as possible .                   Hi,
                  I hav been using BSNL Broadband since May 2008 and it is disheartening to know that i am unable to browse with this connection. The telephone line is always havning som disturbance. and i l lnever get the link steady for more than 5 minutes. I hav called the engineer in our exchange. But now i am fed up wid compling to her.

                  I also wanted to shift to a higher plan from ma eisting plan. But the poor response to my complaints from the conerned authority is forcing me 2 to quit the connection.

                  Hop authorities conecrned will take necessary steps favouring my request.

                  I completely agree with your complaint and also i am facing same problem here at my house.
                  I tried talking calling with other than BSNL phone(ORPAT etc.) there were no disturbance so may be some telephone instruments do not have noice tolerance. There will be no use of complaint to BSNL they wont listen or work on it. I suggest u to try different telephone instruments belong to different brands.

                  Inform me which is best in tolerating noice...
                  I use ORPAT but still it has little noice but better than BSNL's.

                  Hi. I am Wesley Thomas from ICF Chennai, I have been using BSNL broadband for the past one yr. BSNL seems to be very careless in taking care of their customers. The toll free helpline adds misery. Many a times the calls on this toll free call centers are unattended. I have recommended many of my friends to install BSNL broadband and they did it in belief in me. But now a days I am fed up by the poor connectivity. Some of my friend's connections do not get registered with the ISP immediately. They can switch on the computer and go for a shopping and come back so that they can work. While there is a huge competition in the market the BSNL is very cool in loosing its customers. Wire free USB broadband is gaining popularity because of BSNL's negligence. If the connectivity problems of the BSNL broadband users are not set right at the earliest I am sure that BSNL will see a great downfall. I will be the first person to prevent my friends falling a prey to this poor ISP. Sorry BSNL u are on the edge to set right yourself. Even though I am a Govt employee, I am unable to tolerate the attitude of BSNL. The government has given priority and provided adequate infrastructure to BSNL but of no use.                     OUTGOING CALL BARRED

                    I am owing BSNL Cell-one post paid connection since 3 years ago. I have never missed my bill payment any month. On 1st of september 2008 at 1900 hrs my outgoing calls were barred. Enquiring about the same from customer service I was told that my bill of July 2008 amounting to 359/- rs has not been paid.                     My BSNL landline Shift application reference number is 81404245. I had given the application for the shifting of my telephone numbered[protected] in the second week beginning September 2008. While submitting the application, I was told that within one week phone will be shifted. Twice I went to the Mugalivakkan Exchange, also met the JE on duty on 10.10.2008. He promised me that with in two or three days connection will be given. Today 21.10.2008 I spoke with another person in the exchange, he promised in one week they will make connection. There is no written communication from BSNL exchange.

                    I have applied for local shift of my Tel No 23890523 on 7th May 2011 under Peenya Telephone Exchange. Till date The telephone is not shifted. When I enquired with Customer Service Centre Peenya they told they dont have the update and they cant provide the details. No person from BSNL Called and updated the status. I am trying to contact the DGM and PGM and they never came on telephone. Their Personal Assistants never connects the phone. They will give the standard answer they are gone for the meeting. When I asked why BSNL will not call and update the status they told BSNL will not call the customer and update. If we need we have to call and findout. Till now I have made more than 200 calls to their offices but no use. I have sent 4 to 5 mails to their mail id's but till date I have not received any acknowledgement. I think the mail id of officers is for name sake only and they will never bother to check. I also put 2 greivences on the their website and still no reply. This is also just an eyewash only.

                    The most funny thing is the Bill of May. BSNL has charged the complete rental and the bill amount is 601/-. when enquired they told you can pay the bill and it will be adjusted. I am wondering how the BSNL offiicials can ask for pay the bill without hesitation even though the connection is not provided. I have faxed the details to the concerned officials for amendment of the bill. BSNL yet to amend the bill.

                    With so much faults from their side they advertise their's is ISO certified company. I am really wondering how they got the ISO when their process itself not meeting the ISO standards.

                    They mention in their website their aspiration as "Create a customer focused organisation with excellence in sales, marketting and customer care"

                    But actually they are not doing even 1% of their aspiration

I have contacted the JE of choolaimedu exchange and I came to know that it will take one or two weeks time for shifting because they have to provide the cable for shifting the cable.                           I have a dataone broadband connection. This morning I could not connect and got a message on my screen saying that I need to login again because I exceeded 1GB limit (being the first day of the cycle, there is no way it could be and anyway I have 2GB limit, but that is another compliant). I tried loging in using the login ID and PW that BSNL had given me and it was rejected. I checked BSNL website to see if there was some way of getting an answer. No luck. I had two telephone numbers to report complaints. One was ringing and no one was picking up, the other was engaged always. I tried at least 100 times. Finally I got fed up and went to the Cochin (Ernakulam) main BSNL office (45 min drive from my home). They gave me four other numbers and said that I should call and I will get connected to at least one of them. I immediately tried for 20 minutes all numbers from my mobile. One was disconnected. One there was no response. One was just ringing and no one was picking up and the last was perpetually busy. So I went back to the BSNL counter and told the lady what happened. She called a few people on the phone and apparently they didn't have a clue. She tried the busy number for 15 minutes and could not get through. She had to go for a training course and so she told me that the number would not be busy in the afternoon and that I should go home and try. So I went home and tried all the numbers again. No luck. I engaged someone to keep calling the busy number and the non-responsive number and he called for 2 hours and no luck. Tomorrow I drive again 45 minutes back to the BSNL main office and I am sure I will get no response

                          BSNL Cochin is one of the worst service providers. Even their own people don't know how to access their people on the phone

                          Dear, this problem is not unique to BSNL kochin only. This is a general problem all over india. I am in gurgaon, near delhi which comes under NCR (national capital region), and the same problem persist. They will literally drive you to the level of insanity.
                          I have a dataone connection .since about 2 month i can not send mail from out look express .I have registered complaints several time . But no fault have been rectified .i have been told that fault is from bangalore .hence local mainenance engineers can not do any thing .of course bill comes very promptly
                          and pay but we are not getting service when required as this problem is pending for the last two month.

                          I have tried calling customer care since the last 5 days but nobody responds and when they do and I tell my problem, they say yes and that's all.

                          We have paid an unpaid bill amount of 5375, such a big amount because I was out and I hadn't locked my modem with a web key or disconnected it. I paid the bill on 26.05.2009, bill number [protected], Pom Marketing Services, PONO2224478 but BSNL service is so poor that I have to say it's the worst connection one could have. They are very prompt at collecting an amount but at giving a connection they take their own time.

                          I am still unable to use the internet or the landline as only incomming is available.
                          I guess the only way one can get connection with BSNL is to pray to god and hope for the best!!!

                          Yah I am also having the same problem. I am using dataone 500 home plan.
                          I use schedulers and firewalls and I just killed windows updates still it is showing downloaded bandwith when i didn't to internet.
                          How this possible I don't know.
                          From whom they bought that counter software ...! those people and this bsnl should be killed.

                          I think I don't have option, either i have to go for unlimited or I have to use another service provider.
                          If there is any solution please let me know...
                          bsnl internet service is the worst service in the whole universe .first you think that they are giving good speed and at low cost but whenn you use the internet there is always one or other problem and than starts rounds to bsnl "jhopda" again and again to get the problem sorted . the internet cant run for even 2 days without a problem.

                          I am broadband data one subscriber of BSNL. My phone No. is [protected]. Despite my complaint, no action has been taken by BSNL to correct the connection. whenever, I try to connect, I receive the message error 678. I request the error be rectified immediately and service given uninterrupted.
                          During Jan 2010 month, the internet usage come to the extent of 2.250GB where i have not used to that extent.I have checked the user records, the time mentioned is totally not corelating to my working time in internet.
                          In Feb 2010 also, i find the same usage.As per record time, i ahve not used any internet, For example during 1&2 Mar2010, i have not used internet.But usage acoount telling 0.9GB is used.
                          Please look into the matter.other wise i will totally disconnect the phone and surrender to you.

                            I had sent an SMS to avail the benefit of talking on two BSNL subscribers at reduced rates - one a local mobile number and another a STD landline number. This mail was sent on 6th August 2008 to #53733. Acknowledgement SMS was received the same day.

                            Even after lapse of two months and repeated requests, the facility has not been provided to me.

                                We applied for a BSNL broadband on 1st May'09.The landline phone was installed on 3rd or fourth day after this.Since then we called them several times then only on the 13th of may they connected the broadband.After that, there is a regular problem with connection.Most of the time, it is unable to connect.

                                These telecom companies charge us an advance so that they dont fail to get the money for the services they have given, but what about us?

                                First I used HOME 500 plan. The download rate is full (ie., around 256KBPS)

                                The actual download speed is not what you buy. It is downlinking speed, not downloading. convert your speed provided into kbps and then divide by 8, will give max download speed. i[censored] have 2 mbps connection, it is 2*1024=2048Kbps connection and will give 2048/8=256kbps download speed. i[censored] have 256kbps connection you will get max of 256/8=32kbps.

                                  I never started the mobile radio facility, suddenly i got a message saying Rs 5 will be deducted from my balance.

                                  When i called that number it said no does not exists.

                                  I had the same problem with the so-called "Mobile Monthly Radio Subscription Pack". This party could not be contacted, as they were sending push SMS messages without any return address, and also the phone number they provided for unsubscribing[protected] was never available. I quarrelled about this matter at the BSNL office here and managed to send a message from them to this service. They have finally sent me a message deactivating this service, only after I threatened to take legal action through the consumer court.

                                  It seems this is an organised racket by BSNL employees; some kind of self-legalised pick-pocketing. No doubt they get commissions from all these services such as Mobile Radio, Handygo, etc. for getting them customers; so, some employees must be engaging in this racket just to collect those commissions. They are counting on the fact that the victims would be too busy to take the trouble to fight over "small" amounts like Rs 25 every month.

                                  Unless they are stopped, they are going to find new ways to cheat the public if they realise that they can get away with it. And, the silence of the victimised public will only encourage them to engage in even more thievery.

                                  Would it be possible to take a class legal action against BSNL and claim both a complete refund as well as compensation for the harassment and cheating? Is there somebody here with experience in taking such matters to the consumer court?

                                    I AM HAVING LAND LINE OF CALCUTTA TALEPHONE. I APPLIED FOR MANIKJODE CELL SIMS AND GET ONE AS PER RULE. BUT AFTER 2 MONTHS I FOUND ANOTHER 2 NOS SIMS ISSUED TO SOME OTHER PERSONS NOT KNOWN TO ME. I COMPLAINTED AT RANIKUTHI OFFICE AND AFTER THAT INFORMED THE POLICE ALSO. BUT TILL DATE I AM GETTING BILLS FOR ALL THOSE MOBILE.I DO NOT KNOW AS PER RULE WHEN ONLY ONE SIM CAN BE ISSUED AGAINST ONE LAND LINE NO HOW THEY ISSUED ADDITIONAL SIMS. ALSO THE LIMIT WHEN MENTIONED 2000.00 HOW THEIR BILLS CAN BE MORE THAN 10000.00.MEET OFFICERS BUT THERE IS NO REPLY.
                                    its not a comment, just an enquiry...i have a manijod sim...i want to upgrade it by adding facilities of STD and ISD calls...please direct me with the steps that is required to be taken...

                                      I have shifted my residence from Whitefield to B Narayanpura and subsequently I applied for shifting my telephone to the new location. (Old telephone No. 28416240, OB No.[protected]

                                      I approached the Krishnarajapuram exchange 20 days back and they assured me that the connection will be given in 2-3 days. From then onwards I am running behind them for the connection and till date the connection is not given. They are not giving any reason for the same and just keep postponing it.

                                      Kindly look into this and take necessary action at the earliest.

                                      Does BSNL bangalore wont work without braveing. I recently shifted my landline broadband connection to other area i was been told i would receive both landLine and broadband connection together. But i received only landline connection after 2 weeks, when enquired it was found technician was not ready to put connection as i wont be available at home. Finaly after repeated complaint i got landline connection. When i forced for boardband connection to be done inspite of delaying again for 1 week when they again found me at home they disconnected my landline connection. All this is done because they need braveing money. What is this? Does that mean bsnl wont work without brave? The worst part of it was area manager himself accepted that thr people wont work without brave'g that was realy shocking.

                                      vide my above letter sent by fax I had made it clear that you have not effected my instructions of ECS debit to my account (accepted by you vide your ltr : CPTR-ECS-B CPT 06-2007/3 dated 4.12.08), thereby causing inconvenience to me by disconnecting my land line as well as braod band connection on 13.1.09. After receipt of my cited FAX, you had contacted me on my mobile [protected] and requested me to pay by cash towards bill dt 7.12.08, as u cannot effect ECS for the said bill on 13.1.09 and from my bill dated 7.1.09 onwards the ECS debits will be done promptly.

                                      Had you contacted me on or before due date ie.30.12.08 of your encountering problem in effecting ECS debit (first debit after my opting for ECS), I would have gladly paid the amount as hitherto, to avoid unpleasantness and unnecessary correspondence.

                                      Even now, at this juncture, if you have any problem in effecting ECS debit to my account, I would opt to pay the bill amount on or before due date of each month as hitherto being paid by me.

                                      Now to my utter surprise, you have charged Rs.100/- for dishonouring ECS (amount was very much made available on 30.12.08 in my account) and added back Rs.8/- (discount allowed for ECS debit) and penalising me for no fault of mine. Hence this amount is not payable by a customer (me) who is prompt in paying bills every month before due date and to avoid further unpleasantness and compel me to approach Consumer Court for the above charges, Hope you will do ECS debit of only Rs.[protected] and confirm at the earliest by email, regarding this query and avoid further unnecessary correspondence in this matter.

                                      The most irresponsible public company in inida, big time advertising using big time stars all over, the service is so bad, we had no land line, or internet for the last 3 weeks! The shameless people still wnat the bills paid in full, several complaings and letters to take off the charges when the servie is not provided dis not get any response, No one seems to have the power to do anything to help the customers, what a shameless company, i wish we have other and better alternatives, but all of them are the same and much more expensive, So called tech advanced India, this is the state of affairs in the IT capitlol of the country, shame on these companies that give such poor service

                                      BSNL Bangalore — Telephone Line getting dead very frequently. Request for cahnging broadband paln not carried out

                                      1. Since April 2009 telephone lines and Braodband services are frequently getting out of order. During this time telephone complaint number [protected] whicj is IVR system keeps on ringing and no answer. Each time the telephone is downm it takes one week to get repair.

                                      2. I have been wrongly charged for Rs 975/- for additional usage chrges for Braodband usage. However, my broadband plan is Home Plan 500 which is for unlimited usage. This was informed to me when I had opted for this pln. Only in April 2009 the charges of additional usage has been charged.

                                      3. I have given written application for changing my broadband plan from Home Plan 500 to Home Plan 750 in May 2009 but the same is not changed.

                                      4. The BSNL monthly telephone bill which comes to me every month does not reflect my correct name. The name printed on bill is Ashok Najmudar where as it should be Ashok Majmudar

                                      I am not sure whether this complaint will make any effect.

                                      1st time I wrote when there were issues in getting my BSNL broadband working when new line was taken. Now after 1.5 month after that I have again an issues with same broadband connection.

                                      Again I have problem with internet again.Internet gets disconnected every 10 minutes. This problem is raised since one month

                                      For the above number, i have raised complained with BSNL since last one month. I have been trying to get this working till date but no success yet. I am only paying rent from my pocket which is helping only BSNL and not me.

                                      I had different responses from different people of BSNL.

                                      1) Area Managaer (Babi) tell this is line problem and will be be solved by July 10, 2009 approximately. I had met him personally on July 04, 2009.

                                      2) Lineman (Mr. Bhupati) came to home to solve this for many times. As per him he says he has solved all problems, line is fine and all. But still the problem persists. On July 6, 2009 he comes and says it is not working with my modem. It works with BSNL modem. Infact he was person who had setup same modem when new line was taken. It was working fine. I have two modems both of which were working fine with Other service provider like Airtel.

                                      Not sure is it just a way to get out of problem or not ?

                                      3) Besides this I am in touch with Mr. Nageshappa, Mr. Manohar and Mrs. Malini

                                      Can you please help me in getting this problem isolated and solved, because all time i talk to people they have their own execuses for internet not working.

                                      I was able to use connection only 15 days since the time i have taken connection. I am unnecessary paying rental. Besides these i have to run around here and there to get problem solved.

                                      So last option i have is to approcah you. Hope you would be able to help me in the solving problem.

                                      If it does not solve, I will have to go to consumer court and cancel connection.

On-line complaint has been lodged bearing doc.no.0784. but so far no attempt has been made to attend to my complaint. consequently, my broadband line is also not working, which is out of order for four days. kinldy attend both at the earliest.

                                      The outgoing calls from my telephone (no.[protected] has been barred. The reason told is that we have not made the payment due.

                                      However, the last bill (no. [protected] dated 07.06.2009) for an amount of Rs. 451 was paid by me on 20.06.2009 at the BSNL consumer centre in Ganganagar. It was paid well before the due date of 30.06.2009.This was the first bill that we received after changing our house.

                                      Its been 3 weeks that my phone[protected] is not working .We registered the complaint 3 times and every time without rectifying the problem, they remove the complaint.We also talked directly to the person who comes to rectify the problem.Every time he says that he will resolve it but does nothing.

                                      Right now I had provided with willphone which is giving frequent problems. My phone No. is[protected]. Right now no incoming and outgoing is there. Ocassionally outgoing will be there for few seconds and disappears while talking itself. I am facing hell lot of problems with your willphone. I am asking for cable type land line for the last two years to K.R. Puram telephone exchange but there is
                                      no response from their end till date. I want to go for broadband also but because of this will phone I am not able to go for broadband. My present willphone works ocassionally only even then receiver always complaints that matter is not clearly audible. How long I have to wait with this willphone.
                                      I am staying in Akashnagar, Doorvaninagar Post area. My neighbours who stayed in the next cross of Rajarajeswari layout people have got a P&T line whereas I do not have a P&T line. I had already waited for 2 years even then no action has taken from your Kr Puram exchange to provide P&T line.
                                      This is very very bad on BSNL's part. Please look into the matter and resolve the landline phone problem and give a permanent solution. I was frustrated with your services totally. No one lifts the phone itself when we want to lodge the complaint itself.

                                      I disagree with some of the above comments. BSNL has been responding to complaint in rreasonable time.

                                      The cables connecting my telephone 22861712 and a few other houses near mine were damaged because of the fall of a broken tree branch on them on Sunday[protected].

                                      On complaint from me doc. 1355. one of the lines man was on the spot to assess the damage. He has gone back to the local exchange to report and arrange for the new cables to replace and rectifie the damage. I am confident the work will be completed in a coupl of days.

                                      I have gone up to the office in Cox town (near gymkhana ground) for 5 times in the last 2 months and have complained that there was a lot of disturbance and cross talk, now no dial tone. No body, I repeat no body has even bothered to have a look into this.

                                      However, without fail I am getting a bill every month for rental charges and no calls made. It is a shame to call this a government organisation.

                                      I want to make it very clear that I will not pay a penny towards my bills and I want this number to be disconnected immediately.

                                      The staff at the office have a lot of attitude and think they are kings and the customers are slaves. I have never seen a pathetic firm like this anywhere else.
