    I have been trying since last 5 to get UPC code to port out from BSNL. Everttime I get charged for the SMS but I don't receive the code. There is no proper response from the customer care and no timeline on when the issue is expected to be resolved.

        I have requested for porting code using send SMS to 1900 but BSNL always return message something not right and try after some time. But same issue is faced everytime

          At 01/05/2021 around 05:00 pm I initiated bill payment for my FTTH connection using (recommended)myBsnl app using UPI. As I approved the transaction in BHIM app and returned to mybsnl app money got deducted from my account but my BSNL app showed error 500.
          After waiting a couple of hours I tried again 01/05/2021 around 09:00 pm using paytm but again the same thing happened. Please consider to refund extra money and complete the recharge.

                I would like to port from BSNL to AIRTEL...

                I sent 12 number of messages to 1900 as PORT [protected]..

                each time amount of Rs. 1.2/- debited but, I won't get UPC Code..

                Rely got as..

                1. Your request for UPC has been delayed. Please wait while your request is being processed.

                2. Request for UPC for your mobile no. [protected] could not be processed. Please retry after some time.

                  I am having a landline number of BSNL with number[protected] which was discontinued 3 years ago but still I have not revived the security deposit amount .I have also visited BSNL office they said you will soon a refund . So kindly either courier me the cheque of 1500 rupees which was taken from me saying a security deposit

                    It's been a week that my prepaid sim card is not working. My hand set is perfectly file. My number is [[protected]].
                    No network signal appears on the hand set screen. Other sim cards are perfectly working in the same particular hand set.My sim card when used in a different hand set the same result received.Other BSNL sim cards used in same location work perfectly. Please help.

                      Further they mentioned to contact bsnl head office Kolkata (???), with private mobile number given there...

                              Network not showing

                              From yesterday my prepaid sim card is not working. My hand set is okay. No network signal appears on the hand set screen. Other sim cards are perfectly working in the same particular hand set.My sim card when used in a different hand set the same result received.Other BSNL sim cards used in same location work perfectly. Have tried contacting customer care number but it's also not working getting error system down from customer care.Please...

                              Today, I was trying to recharge my bsnl number through amazon pay mode but by mistake I did write a digit wrong while writing mobile number and it resulted in a successful transaction.

                              I request you to kindly revert back the amount and if not then atleast recharge the correct number.

                                For the past three days, we have been getting wrong calls from different persons. We are extremely tired of these wrong calls.                                     Bsnl mobile sim sms service not working from 4 days. i contact costumer care and they said your problem will be resolved within 48 hrs. . but they did not resolve it. i called again but now they are not picking my call. bsnl worst company and services so much bad.so kindly start my mobile sim sms service. mobile no.
