I am not able to make or receive calls. Neither i am able to send or receive any messages. There is no tower showing in my phone. Handset is perfectly fine. Tried using the BSNL Sim in other handset also, but still no luck. Some issue is there with the SIM card. Please help. It is my office number. The work is getting hampered due to it....

My bsnl sim [protected] has been stopped for several days due to validity expired so please restart my number immediately...

I live in Kayarambedu, Guduvanchery Pin 603202. No signal for the past four days and hence I could not use my mobile for calls sending and receiving, also no internet....

The Internet connectivity is getting disconnected once in 3 days whenever I question the concerned dept people are responding very harshly they are even saying to me that's why we don't give connections to working people I need a sincere solution for this issue to be sorted out if there is an unexpected issue happening it is adjustable if the issue is repeating often but no proper responses then it is highly disappointing as a consumer...

Landline is dead, if someone calls the number they can hear ringing, but line is dead for us. No dial tone...

I made a transation in bsnl broadband web portalupi through paytm gateway using google pay upi.it is successful in google pay but in the bsnl web portal, it is failed and Rs 1495 is deducted from my account in the date of 15th april 2020

Im facing lot of internet and poor network issue. I tried to contact with the service provider but they where unable to solve my problem, My whole locality is facing the same slow internet speed issue and service provider are not helping us to get rid of our problem. The place where i live there are more than 1000 users in 1km area and all of them are facing same problem all of them have tried to contact with the service provider but no help...

I am using mi a3 with sim 1 slot bsnl sim and sim 2 slot jio sim. I recharged my bsnl sim with bsnl 99 but it didn't work. It kept showing me error code 41. I restarted my device. Change settings reset settings talked twice to customer care also reset my device but it didn't work. Please tell me what to do?...

Requesting the concerned authorities to visit our site directly and inspect the situation about removing an unused telephone pole located in front of our house compound wall.

Huge Network coverage Probelm...

I tried recharge from paytm and online portal of bsnl it shows me the above error. I unable to recharge because of this. I tried extended validity recharge and also talk time recharge but not done.
Please resolve this error.

My BSNL sim is not working. Since yesterday no networks are there. It’s showing total blackout. Neither calls or msgs are going nor coming. Kindly help me to resolve this issue because I am unable to make some mandatory bill payments....

I have submitted my account closure form 3 years back for my landline number [protected]. I have also surrendered the device but still th deposit amount is not settled.

Facing network issue in the Palakol nearby area, postal pin 534260.
Earlier we faced similar issues with other networks like jio and airtel. They used restore the network once we restart the mobile. But now with bsnl it's totally off for a day.
