I paid my BSNL landline bill 1 week ago using Google Pay under BSNL Landline CF M1 UPI of rupees 868/-.

It showed transaction has failed but the money was debited from my account.

I called the customer care and they said to visit the nearest Telephone exchange. I went there and they said it will be refunded within 1 week.

Now its been 1 week and the outgoing facility and the broadband has been...

I have set caller tune using my bsnl tune app. In the it is showing that the song has been set as my caller tune. But when someone calling me, they can not hear any song. Not even the default ringing tone. Even texting at 56700 didn't work.

    Sir,
    I am booking two wheeler madiwala office to erode (BLMW -P[protected]dated 24.3.2021 that day office staff said tomorrow reach destination point erode but still[protected]not deliver that bike. Today I ask him but he simply said if you urgent go and collect salem office. he collect the amount Rs:2, 300.00 but give the bill only Rs:1, 900.00 only.

      Sir, I made a payment to BSNL from Tech Process on 18th Mar, for Rs 389, the money has been debited from my UCO account, but has not been credited to BSNL, hence my landline bill is still pending.

        After the closure of BB and Land Line account. BSNL BSK 2nd stage office asked me to furnish Bank NEFT details in surrender form. Instead of crediting the security deposit refund to my bank account, they have credited closed service billing account

        ON 25 3 2021, BSNL REPLIED BY sms to my cell phone.: your complaint booked in BSNL complaint portal No.KRK/CO/2021/4005 dtd.22.03.2021 is resolved. But, in reality, no action is taken and a refund not made, it is a false message. Refund amount still lying in the closed service Billing account
        BSNL confirmedby sms to my cell that my complaint in their portal docket No.KRK/CO/2021/4005 dtd.22.03.2021 is resolved. But, in reality, it is not resolved, and no refund of the security deposit made

                      With reference to the subject cited above I would like to inform you that I have a customer of telephone bear No[protected] with broad band internet connection, but the telephone is died from the beginning the connection and I noticed it several time to the JTO, /SDO Bilasipara but no helpful result found. The internet speed so poor and never I get high speed as per proper plan and it also prayed them several times but they has not take any step to solve the problems.

                        I've Recharged for Rs 321/- to my number [protected] from SBI Yono App the amount got debited from my account but number doesn't got recharged while enquiring your customer care i got to know that payment got failed and you asked to contact the bank for refund while i contacted them they told the transaction was successful then i filed complaint in banking ombudsman they have furnished the details as given below that the transaction was successful they forwarded the transaction details also i am attaching the same for your reference so i request you to look into the issue prevailed

                              I hereby submit my complaint on the issue of irregularities of BSNL Broadband connectivity and cellular networks in Jowai town, West Jaintia Hills, Meghalaya. The issue has been pertaining ever since but as of recent occasions, the irregularities is up to it's peak, relentlessly depriving the consumer of their rights to access the internet and perform their daily requirements, be it for work or for leisure. The worst case scenario is for the people who opted for a fixed charge tariff (which is in my case). I have been paying the bill which was supposed to be a fixed tariff per month, with the promise that I will receive a good quality connectivity. But as of the present case scenario, I found it very irrelevant that we are being charged for those days where we could not even access the internet. Sometimes it's for a continuous one day or two day, depending on the concerned authority to respond to the matter as being complaint. For this very reason, I would like to seek to whoever is looking after consumer rights that there should be a compensatory mechanism for the same. For example, for those period of time that connectivity is not available, we consumers should not be paying the bills as I feel that we should not pay for what we did not use. Or in simple terms, if connectivity is not available for two days, proportionately the bill should be reduced. I feel we as consumers deserve this right.

                                Not receiving the rent of BSNL tower which is installed on my building at Ayathil, Kollam (Near meditrina hospital) from sept 2020. self is calling the kollam BSNL office section from last jan 2021. no positive actions taken. in the month of feb 2021, self visited the office and met AGM and told my financial issues and he told will clear in the first week of march 2021. But no funds has received to my account. while calling nobody is picking up the call as caller id is identified. self called from other numbers which is not provided to them, then they attend the calls as its from unknown number and treating us like beggars, while asking my pending rents.
