I am big sufferer of BSNL. It is mandatory to provide service to the customer if he has paid tariff for a plan. But BSNL just gives no concern to the problems of customers. At present I am in roaming and in Delhi circle and here no BSNL service is there. Only MTNL works in Delhi and MUMBAI circle which is big mess. MTNL service is the worst est of all operators and they will always blame it on BSNL for not giving service. Now where to complain ? It is duty and mandatory of any operator to give service to the customer if they are in roaming and not blame each other. After all customer is the worst est sufferer. Now where should that person go. Their is no proper helpline, consumer complaint redressal online service available in BSNL where a consumer can login their problems and get it solved. I am in Rohini, Sector 15, DDA Flats, Delhi area and their is no BSNL signal coming. It seems that MTNL people gives damn care to BSNL consumers whereas it is duty of every operator to take care of customer if they are in roaming and give proper full signal to the customer. But inspite of continuous compliant, reminder they give damn care to consumer complaints. All old staff living a pompous life style in BSNL getting fat salary from government what is the need of working. A piteous pathetic state telecom operator where complainant are harassed tediously hampering their life and living. No proper complaint cell exists in BSNL where prompt complaint redressal are met without delay. I lodged complaint with MTNL since I am in Delhi Circle and they started putting blame on BSNL. I told them you have to give me services and if any MTNL customer goes in BSNL circle then BSNL has to give services but they are not at all ready to listen. If I become Boss of one day I will kick out non performing staff and not working staff and will not give any salary. They both keep blaming each other and customer becomes sufferer. BSNL, MTNL both pathetic telecom service operator. What for you people are taking mone?
