I am trying to get upc code from my mobile number by sending port msg to 1900 but no code was received for 3 days

Since 3 months I am not getting connectivity of BB at Rajkot - Gujarat

Sir I want to port my BSNL no to another operator.I sent 10 massages to 1900 but not getting proper reply.so please resolve.I need it soon as soon possible.

I was changed my fibro 100Gb/month plan to fiber basic plan but it's still showing fibro 100Gb/month plan and I m getting speed also as per this(old) plan. Please Requesting bsnl to change my plan as per request. Please check the image for reference plan should be fiber basic plus but it's showing the old plan.

My bsnl postpaid no. [protected] can't having outgoing call. So please solve my problem.

I am big sufferer of BSNL. It is mandatory to provide service to the customer if he has paid tariff for a plan. But BSNL just gives no concern to the problems of customers. At present I am in roaming and in Delhi circle and here no BSNL service is there. Only MTNL works in Delhi and MUMBAI circle which is big mess. MTNL service is the worst est of all operators and they will always blame it on BSNL for not giving service. Now where to complain ? It is duty and mandatory of any operator to give service to the customer if they are in roaming and not blame each other. After all customer is the worst est sufferer. Now where should that person go. Their is no proper helpline, consumer complaint redressal online service available in BSNL where a consumer can login their problems and get it solved. I am in Rohini, Sector 15, DDA Flats, Delhi area and their is no BSNL signal coming. It seems that MTNL people gives damn care to BSNL consumers whereas it is duty of every operator to take care of customer if they are in roaming and give proper full signal to the customer. But inspite of continuous compliant, reminder they give damn care to consumer complaints. All old staff living a pompous life style in BSNL getting fat salary from government what is the need of working. A piteous pathetic state telecom operator where complainant are harassed tediously hampering their life and living. No proper complaint cell exists in BSNL where prompt complaint redressal are met without delay. I lodged complaint with MTNL since I am in Delhi Circle and they started putting blame on BSNL. I told them you have to give me services and if any MTNL customer goes in BSNL circle then BSNL has to give services but they are not at all ready to listen. If I become Boss of one day I will kick out non performing staff and not working staff and will not give any salary. They both keep blaming each other and customer becomes sufferer. BSNL, MTNL both pathetic telecom service operator. What for you people are taking mone?

My telephone has not been working for the last four days. And the internet doesn't work either. I have complained twice for that. I was told from the helpline number that the technician would come and check today. But no one has come yet to check.

My sim card isn't working from past two days.. it shows emergency call only.. I changed new sim card just an year back .. also there isn't any problem with my mob... It occurs repeatedly from past 2 months..

Mobile network coverage was good till 2 days ago. now network is showing only single block sometimes no network coverage at all.
Because of this i am not even getting 2G.

Pls provide the network changing UPC code lot of time try but no I can receive the code pls send immediately.its ur network very poor speed in my area so I can change my network

I get offensive phone calls in morning. I blocked several numbers and for a while it stopped, but today they called me from a different number. [protected] is the number is I just received phone call from, I checked it is a BSNL number and on a phone number verification app it comes up with the name of K A Bhat from J&K, although this information might not be reliable.This is a harassment call and I dont think blocking is working anymore as they are changing numbers so after googling a bit I am here. I do not have previous but I have this one and any help would be appreciated. Thank you so much!

Dear sir, myself is sonu kumar avasthy from halwara ludhiana punjab i have rechage my mo. No. [protected] bsnl no. With1199/- on 16 feb 21 with incoming out goning free for one year. On 16 feb 21 i found that incoming facility is not available on my no. I have called to custmer care on 16th feb 21 timing 11:08 am regarding incoming call or msg not receiving with complain no. 2B[protected] . but still now my problem regarding incoming call or msg not resolve by your team. Every time your representative say that wait for 24 hrs.This is not easy for me because today is 27 feb more than 10 days already completed. I have raise my complaine in NCS complain no. 2589677 dated 27 feb 21. Please do needful as soon as possible. My alternate mo no. [protected]

UPC code not genrate after send PORT msg to 1900

BSNL is on 3G service and I'm getting pathetic data speed at my location. I am trying to port my number to another network service provider.

PORT send to 1900

During the process of generating porting code I am getting below message :

"UPC cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance."

I have already attached the image of the message. I have already sent message at least 5 times and received the same message from 1901 every time.

We have surrendered BSNL landline telephone connection for LL No [protected] and refund of security deposit is not yet received even though Application date 27.01.2020 submitted to BSNL head office Jalgaon.

I really appreciate the Grievance Cell, for at least their response.
I have attached scanned copy of Application for refund of deposit for reference. There is no action from BSNL even after 1 Year after submitting security deposit application. Request you help to fasttrack the process for same.
