I recently bought BSNL New simcard. but the worst coverage ever. i were living beside BSNL office itself in MAHAD, RAigad, Maharashtra but no network.

i rised complaint by another phone by dailing [protected] as complaint raised netwok came after arounf 2 hours but for that night only. next day when i wake up no network, i waited 3-4 days no network. i tried with other mobile and location in city but no result.

i again called BSNL team again after around 2Hr network came for couple of hours. again NO NETWORK

This scenario happen many time

SO when i need to used BSNL sim i need to complain on toll before 2 Hours and if i complaint on Monday i couldn't do complaint on next day Tuesday as need to wait for 24-48 Hr for earlier resolution

While i am aplying to mobile number portability there is a sms given to
Bsnl did not give 4g network internet so i want port my sim but these message shown evertime when we sms on 1900
Plz solve my problem

I tried to recharge BSNL prepaid phone number from bsnl portal website. It shows that the recharge has failed. But the amount has been deducted. I have waited for more than 48 hours. Still no refund.

I had deposited the security fee for the postpaid connection, but my postpaid connection has not started and I have appealed for the security fee 2 times.My number for which I have given the security fee is [protected] Action should be taken on my appeal. Neither should I take further action. My alternate number is [protected]. Action should be taken as soon as possible..

We are having bsnl pole right in front of our house, house no 9/183 Moti Katra Agra-282003 (UttarPradesh) .there are no bsnl connections anymore and this pole is used by other local tv and net cable operators wires are also tied with the support of the pole which are coming in front of our house. The pole is in condition to fall which can cause damage to property & peoples passing through the way.
So I request to please remove this pole from here

My telephone has not been working for the last four days. And the internet doesn't work either. I have complained twice for that. I was told from the helpline number that the technician would come and check today. But no one has come yet to check.

I have planned to PORT my number from BSNL to other network provider.
I have been trying to send the PORT message since last 2 or 3 weeks, which is not getting delivered.
I have enough talk time and the SMS balance as well.

Last 15 days I am observing Network issue.

SUBJECT: LANDLINE DEAD AND RENT REBATE REQUEST

MY LANDLINE NO. IS[protected]. MY Landline no. is dead since 10 November 2020. i lodged complaint(Complaint no. [protected]) for the same but till date no action has been taken for fixing my landline. I have attached the screenshot of the Landline complaint.
i therefore request you to kindly rebate my landline monthly rent from 10 November 2020 and fix my landline as soon as possible.

I have lodged many Complaints regarding my Land line telephone faults. The phone remains faulty most of the time. Several complaints yielded no posisitive results. On an earlier occasion the SDO phones himself advised me to go for disconnection of the subject phone.
On my recent complaint I am provided with a contact Number of a technician. On contacting him he too shown inability to rectify the phone. He rather advised me to contact the SDO indirectly hinting me to go for disconnection.
Can this matter be resolved

Today I got a call from The Customer support Team around 4:14 PM regarding the issue I raised earlier, as mentioned below link:

In order to refund my 7524/- they forced me to transact in a total amount of INR 2, 42, 344/- (Two Lacs Forty-Two Thousands Three Hundreds and forty-four) and The told it will be credited back within 5-7min but after 2hrs of conversation till now Nothing is credited back.

They now not answering the calls and put the number into switched off mode. Also, the details given by the person are fake

I would like to inform you that our office (mulavukad gramapanchayat mulavukad, eranakulam) landline no.[protected] is not in operation for the last two weeks. Kindly investigate and do the needful to rectify the faulit as soon as possible.
