Removal of pole.

Dear Sir/Madam,

We are having bsnl pole right in front of our house, H.No: 8-3-234/309, Lakshmi Narasimha Nagar, Yousufguda Hyderabad. There are No connections anymore from that pole and this pole is used by other local tv and net cable operators wires and advertising banners are also tied with the support of the pole which are coming in front of our house.

So I request to please remove this pole from here.

I want to inform you that I am user of bsnl telephone and broadband services but in our district it was always failed to perform I complaint alots of time but they don't respond finally I visited tetri bazar bsnl exchange office Siddharthnagar but there was not any single person to hearing my problem and visited again an again but I was unable to find any support finally I was decided to leave the matter as it is .
But after long time 4 days ago they send me bill notice that your due payment have to pay I was shocked is this really bsnl? Bsnl taking care of their customers like this way . I was not used any single unit of data 0kb since the connection disturb, they send me due amount 3247₹ . Please correct it I will ready to play but they have to tell me where are they at that time when I was suffers, when I was unable to use this is not fair . If they are goverment employees it doesn't mean they will do whenever they want please take some action,

I was using airtel number and then I thought to port it in bsnl but after the process of MNP, my sim activated and working fine in internet or calling but unfortunately I am no longer to receive or send message from my sim card. And because of this I am not able to receive OTPs.

My bsnl number is [protected].internet is not working properly. Only 2g speed. But not constant.i tried to call customer care but not working. Please fix internet problem soon . thanks.

Fibrenet booked first as I have been informed to pay only 1499/- afterwords again they asked to pay for modem Rs3500/- and old modem is waste so I cancelled fibrenet number [protected].

Still the payment of 1499/- yet not credited to my landline number [protected]. I have been asked to go to yeshwantpura and then again asked to go to malleswaram . Continuously misguided by Rajivchedda . Still I have not got money even after fivemonths. If I dont pay 21st of everymonth my bsnl number my landline is cuttoff. Now my fibrenet number is [protected] is cancelled but I am not getting my pending payment. Continuously am getting misguided between malleswaram and Yeshwantpura .Kindly solve issueand make me payment.

Sir i have used to recharge bsnl mobile number [protected] on dt 09.01.2021 but recharge not done and debited 104 Rs from account Internt ref of transaction is[protected]IGAKFTLPO6
So u are requested to refund my aamount back to me

I have lost my sim, kindly block my sim from doing any activity from that number. My sim card no is [protected].

Upc cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. please contact your service provider for further assistance.My Prepaid no. is [protected].

I am facing this issue many times that my network lost suddenly but your company not making your service better please its a request to improve your network and make it available in 4g in my area

I have Made a payment of 1540 the Amount is Deducted but It is still showing pay and Wifi is Also Not Working plz Help me fast

I did the recharge to wrong number ([protected]) from mobikwik app when I called to person he said he didn't got the recharge
I selected the Airtel operator but there operator was BSNL
How this could be possible BSNL can accept the recharge ?

I have surrendered my BSNL Land Line[protected] on 27 th September 2018.
My customer ID [protected].and Account No. [protected]
i have also given during my surrender My bank details as IFSC IOBA0002773 and Account No. [protected]
while contact on this refund in[protected] on 24th Jan, 2019, it was stated that the refund amount Rs.1341/- sanctioned but funds awaited.
But so far no refund is credited into my account. Please do the needful at the earliest.

Yesterday I recharged through bsnl portal as per portal in 2399 pv 437 day validity 3gb per day internet+ unlimited voice call
But after recharge I get 600 day validity with unlimited call no data benifit I want back my 2399 rupees or give me same data benifit as you show in your portal. For your reference I give screen shot

I have been using bsnl sim for nearly 2 half years ago. It worked well before. But nowadays network signal is very very poor.i cant receive any incoming or outgoing calls at my home. I made a conpaint on jan 4 / 2021. Till my complaint is on processing but not resolved yet. Customer execitive said they forwarded the complaint and they will solve soon. But not yet responded.
I lost my hope and looking forward to change my network operator.

I want to port my sim from bsnl due to multiple reasons. But after even sending PORT [protected] to 1900. its sending the message that upc code cannot be generated.
But my request is being denied again and again. I have googled about the same and the solution was to leave a complaint in this forum as bsnl is ignoring our port request.

Kindly resolve my issue at the earliest.

I am trying to port out of bsnl from many days .But i am not getting UPC Code.I am suffering a lot because of this operator.I am literally helpless.So it is requested to resolve the issue.
