Landline [protected] is out of order from one month everytime when complaint is booked after 3 days the same is closed after 3 days.complaint no [protected], [protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] when called mr surjeet lineman mobile no [protected] he says he has been transfered

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    I located in AT POST- ANJANSINGI TQ.DHAMANGAON RLY, DIST AM RAVATI, Maharashtra having pin code 444709 .Sir, We have a bsnl 3G tower in our small village having population of 10-20thousand, instead it is not able to provide range over entire village, only the area near the tower is getting BSNL 3g coverage.I tried to inform this issue in Dhamangaon Rly, Maharashtra BSNL office but they didnt notice and ignore.Please take an action to fix this issue since it is the main reason for not using BSNL 3g prepaid in our village.

        Being a senior citizen, I have gone to different offices and departments of BSNL with the letter to show that I have already surrendered my number and still receiving bills. I have even gone to AOTR and as instructed by him I have mailed him all the letters but still haven't received any reply. Just today I again received a bill.

          My BSNL LANDLINE COMPLAINT HAS NOT BE ATTENDED FOR months NOW.

          I have made the payment and not using there service

          THE SERVICE IS INCONSISTENT AND WE HAVE CONSTANT ISSUES AS THE LINE IS DOWN MOST OF THE TIME.

            I have surrendered my landline phone no.[protected] after taking FTTH connection. On 18th November 2020 a SMS was received that an amount of Rs, 1993/- was generated for refund. But however to till date 11.01.2021, the amount was not received.

              I was not using my BSNL sim for a while because of which I did not do any recharge for long time. When I enquired about the balance I had, it said my account has been closed temporarily and I need to recharge to reopen it. I even recharge my BSNL sim with 220rs but still it is not activated. Kindly help. My BSNL sim phone number is [protected] .

                          I have been calling the bsnl customer care for at least a week now as my fiber has stopped working completely and there has been no response since then and I haven’t been able to use the internet for a week now it’s really frustrating as i live in Jammu and Kashmir and there’s no 4g internet here and I’m a college student hence I couldn’t attend my classes. So i wanted to register the complaint regarding bsnl hoping they would solve the problem through your medium.

                            Sim card is not working

                            From yesterday my prepaid sim card is not working. My hand set is okay. My number is [protected]. No network signal appears on the hand set screen. Other sim cards are perfectly working in the same particular hand set.My sim card when used in a different hand set the same result received.Other BSNL sim cards used in same location work perfectly. Please help....

                              I want to change my sim without losing my number, so I sent a message to 1900 stated as "PORT " but the message is not sending. My bsnl plan has sms sending feature and I am able to send sms messages to other numbers except 1900. Kindly rectify this problem as soon as possible.

                                I Did a prepaid recharge on 05/01/2021 for ₹399. First I tried through Google pay, where the amount got deducted but the transaction failed. So I tried again in Paytm which was successful. The amount has been deducted twice for the same transaction. I want a refund to my account as soon as possible.

                                      For two months my landline connection is dead.i have observed in a year i have merely talked from my bsnl connection 6 months and other six months it remain dead.This is going for last 7 years.every alrernate months the phone is dead.but money is automatically deducted from my ECS scheme.Now i want to stop.my ecs scheme ..when i went to JAdavpur telephone exchange i was told it has been shifted to another place in kamalgazi.Now either i will instruct my bank to stop payment to bsnl.if that is not working i.will withdrew all my money from the account so they can not deduct money .frkm next billing cycle.
