I complaint so many times to the DEORIA division about the 3G fault in seorahi 274406 kushinagar near Raza Jama masjid pruvanchal Bank but no one is responding. 3G internet is not working and most of the time seorahi site remains shut down. Do take necessary action. We are frustrated from the DEORIA division staff, they are neglecting this area.

      We are having bsnl pole right in front of our house..there are no bsnl connections anymore and this pole is used by other local tv and net cable operators wires are also tied with the support of the pole which are coming in front of our house also on yesterday some theives were trying to climb up to our house through that pole as there is easy to enter into the house through that pole, these things were also happens previously but they were not successful to rob the house but this time they were trying to enter the house very through the pole and take the some items from our house.
      So I request to please remove this pole from here.

        Broadband not working from past 1 month

        Address: Secunderabad , Gautham Enclave

        Hi our broadband is not working since 1 month. Even after numerous complaints its no use.

        We have raised a fresh complaint[protected].

        Please look into it as we are not having the internet from past 1 month. We live in a place where connectivity is very poor and we rely mainly on BSNL.
        But recently it has been a very poor experience....

            I have bsnl broad band connection. I have plan of my connection about 3000rs/month but last four month bsnl OFC is damage and still its not repair by bsnl.
            So please tell me customer have any guidline or law by trai which help me to rebate bill.

                  The above bill amount there is a usage charges of Rs. 300/- which is not understandable and perhaps charged by oversight and apparently there is a mistake in my billing .

                    Sub : Complaint on Bills (waive off the charges)

                    Sir,

                    This is in reference to our broadband number[protected] please note that we have been a facing a problem for last 11 – 12 Months.

                    As it was informed by Mr Nur Aalam, wire was cut by some unavoidable reasons, Our Internet line was disconnected 11 – 12 months ago. We have lodged a complaint also long back on the same, but it was told that on complaint, all charges applied on bill would be waived off.
                    Also, we are getting the bills regularly without any services and no visit from the bsnl personnel has been made so far. Few days back a service personnel came and told it is working now. Still there is congestion in the network. I checked the bill that is Rs. 2047. I already paid bill once without the connection. This is second time I’m sending this letter.

                    I would request if you waived off all the charges on the bill. We are not going to pay for the services we have not availed because of no connection for last 11 – 12 months.

                    Please treat this matter as urgent and close the connection asap.

                      My phone has been out of for the past 72 hrs. I lodged a complaint - docket no[protected] They said it is resolved without resolving it . Then I made a second complaint docket no[protected] . they said it will be resolved in 24 hrs. yet to get resolved. they said line men will come . when??? i have problems as I work from home. Now I have to go to the or change the service provider?

                              My internet has been cut for the past 3 days and I have tried more than 10 times to call the engineer his name is Shyam he has never responded to my calls in fact we have spoken to other people here they say the same thing that he never answers his call his disrespectful and irresponsible behaviour has been going on for many years kindly take extremely strict action against this engineer at this point he is an insult to all the enginners

                                    I have been cheated by one of your representatives by BSNL. Here is the series of events :

                                    I called in the following number([protected]) which is listed in Google as the fiber Optic connection (Screenshots attached below). The representative asked me to communicate in whats app.
                                    I inquired the price for a new connection, which he shared as 4500 INR, which he later explained on call that this would include all costs including setup, new routers and accessories etc.
                                    Once the payment is made, he responded back stating that I need to make a payment of additional 2500.

                                    Now when questioned, they are neither ready to refund the amount nor ready to do the installation unless an additional 2500 is paid. They are just forcing me to make additional payment of INR 2500.
                                    They are also not responding in whatsapp or mail and not picking up my call. Proof of all conversation can be provided.
