    The above bill amount there is a usage charges of Rs. 300/- which is not understandable and perhaps charged by oversight and apparently there is a mistake in my billing .
    So please refund this excessive amount charged and adjust refund in my future bill.

      Sub : Complaint on Bills (waive off the charges)

      Sir,

      This is in reference to our broadband number[protected] please note that we have been a facing a problem for last 11 – 12 Months.

      As it was informed by Mr Nur Aalam, wire was cut by some unavoidable reasons, Our Internet line was disconnected 11 – 12 months ago. We have lodged a complaint also long back on the same, but it was told that on complaint, all charges applied on bill would be waived off.
      Also, we are getting the bills regularly without any services and no visit from the bsnl personnel has been made so far. Few days back a service personnel came and told it is working now. Still there is congestion in the network. I checked the bill that is Rs. 2047. I already paid bill once without the connection. This is second time I’m sending this letter.

      I would request if you waived off all the charges on the bill. We are not going to pay for the services we have not availed because of no connection for last 11 – 12 months.

      Please treat this matter as urgent and close the connection asap.

        My phone has been out of for the past 72 hrs. I lodged a complaint - docket no[protected] They said it is resolved without resolving it . Then I made a second complaint docket no[protected] . they said it will be resolved in 24 hrs. yet to get resolved. they said line men will come . when??? i have problems as I work from home. Now I have to go to the or change the service provider?

                My internet has been cut for the past 3 days and I have tried more than 10 times to call the engineer his name is Shyam he has never responded to my calls in fact we have spoken to other people here they say the same thing that he never answers his call his disrespectful and irresponsible behaviour has been going on for many years kindly take extremely strict action against this engineer at this point he is an insult to all the enginners

                  From yesterday my prepaid sim card is not working. My hand set is okay. No network signal appears on the hand set screen. Other sim card in my handset is perfectly working. Other BSNL sim cards used in same location work perfectly. Please help.

                      I have been cheated by one of your representatives by BSNL. Here is the series of events :

                      I called in the following number([protected]) which is listed in Google as the fiber Optic connection (Screenshots attached below). The representative asked me to communicate in whats app.
                      I inquired the price for a new connection, which he shared as 4500 INR, which he later explained on call that this would include all costs including setup, new routers and accessories etc.
                      Once the payment is made, he responded back stating that I need to make a payment of additional 2500.

                      Now when questioned, they are neither ready to refund the amount nor ready to do the installation unless an additional 2500 is paid. They are just forcing me to make additional payment of INR 2500.
                      They are also not responding in whatsapp or mail and not picking up my call. Proof of all conversation can be provided.

                            Dear sir,
                            I would like to bring to your attention that Bsnl staffs at Alappuzha bsnl office are misbehaving with customers. They are very rude and arrogant. They do not pick up the phone when customers are calling to enquire about the matter. When we make frequent calls to the customer care number at Alappuzha bsnl office, they attend the call and shower us with obscene language. Staffs at billing desk are so rude. Even senior citizens and pensioners are abused by them. They show no remorse for their act. I was being abused by them before. It's sad that they are cheating this unique office run by the central government.Forwarding this complaint to the manager of Alappuzha bsnl won't help. He is too arrogant and he is too crossing the limit and abusing the customers. Its their rude behavior and psycophancy the BSNL is loosing its valuable customers.
                            Here I request you to investigate the issue and bring the erring officers at Alappuzha BSNL to book..

                                  My BSNL Broadband is not working properly since 12/10/2020. The internet speeds are as low as 80 kbps and gets disconnected frequently. There is road widening work going on in the area due to which the contractors have cut the cables in numerous places. Local exchange is unable to resolve this as they DONT have any Technicians to do the same. As per the officer the contract of technicians have not been renewed and they haven't reporter to duty since 01/10/2020 because of this I am unable to properly use Broaband. As my house is situated in remote part of the state there is no other network coverage other than BSNL and other Broaband ISP are not ready to provide connection in such place. So BSNL is unable to provide service and we're at impasse. Please anybody here in this forum can help then please do ASAP. As broaband & telephone in this part is very important for emergencies as there no other means of communication.

                                    Unable to send PORT SMS from registered BSNL number to generate UPC number. Any attempts to send PORT SMS to 1900 on registered BSNL number results in SMS send failure.

                                    I can send SMS and make calls to any number but PORT SMS is not happening. I called BSNL helpline 1503 and after waiting for 40 minutes, the call automatically ended.

                                    Need assistance to PORT out of BSNL as their service and customer service is appalling.

                                      from is agreement ihave not get single month rent nd after that since this agreement its was expired not new agreement was made..
