Respected Sir/Madam,

Kindly requesting to do an immediate response for our completely out of order landline/Broadband from past 2-3 months, In spite of the functioning condition of the landline, I have been receiving bills every month and no bills are left unpaid till date. I have made several complaints, by both manually, by phone. But no solution provided yet. They told us it's a cable issue on their last visit. After that there is no action taken from the authority. The messages for the monthly bills came to me on time regularly. Waiting for the restoration of the phone connection. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

    My complain is regarding bsnl FTTH first bill.In my FTTH account under product details it's mrntioned that there is 100% discount on four categories modem & ont security deposit, modem and voice installation.In the first bill discount for 3 categories is provided, but voice installation discount is not provided so 500 Rs extra is there in bill.Already I have been charged 1000 for installation by LCO.Another important fact is even after one month of getting connection voice facility is not yet enabled by BSNL.

      From last 20 days I am trying to get UPC code on my mobile number but after sending SMS in return I got "there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider please contact your service provider for further assistance" may be more than 15 times I talk to customer care from then they always replied in 24 hour you will get your UPC code we are forwarding your issue to our senior but no UPC code received till now

          My landline ([protected]) has not been working for the past five years now.I have complained ( Complaint ID[protected] several times over these years. Inspite of the functioning condition of the landline, I have been receiving bills every month and no bills are left unpaid till date.
          Kindly make arrangements for the repair. In case no change can be done, I would like my landline to be closed.
          Please consider this mail as my official request because I am unable to submit a written complaint as I stay abroad.

                  Sir,
                  I recharged Rs.149 in the mobile number [protected] on[protected] through freecharge and it was success . Amt of Rs 149/- was deducted from the credit card of Kanaka NS. Then remitted Rs 74 for plan extension on 6-11-20. I filed a complaint to BSNL online. But I have not yet received any favourable reply .
                  Hence I beseech you to take necessary steps to redress my grievevances.

                    I am facing same issue, BSNL making all nuisance that Fancy numbers cannot be ported, there is no rule regarding this, so me a document stating fancy number cannot be ported.

                            I have a prepaid BSNL connection and there is a deduction of Rs. 5 from my prepaid BSNL mobile account multiple times in a week

                            I haven't subscribed to anything but there seems to be an SMS cost from number [protected].

                            Please look into it immediately and unsubscribe it. More than 500Rs have been deducted for a few months now.

                                I have raised complaint on Friday stating my internet is not working and I called the customer care executive and they raised the ticket and informed within 24 working hours your issue will be resolved.

                                I have waited whole Saturday and Sunday no response from them and I called back the customer care and asked it's already crossed 24 hours and still it's not working for that they replied which is very annoying and this should be the main reason they should be taken over by private completely.

                                They have said 24 working hours means 8 hours per day from Monday to Friday that mean no Saturday and Sunday so still I am waiting for the response.

                                I hope BSNL employees will get double salary for every month one from govt and another one from competitor network providers. Govt will pay them for simply coming to office and competitor will pay them for not doing their job.

                                30 years back my dad will complaint on frequent disconnection of landline and they wont resolve the issue immediately, now I am complaining about the broadband still they are not improved I hope my children's will also say the same story.

                                Better shutdown BSNL at least it can cut some burden on govt as well as people who are trying to use it with frequent problem.

                                    I want to port my number for which I followed the provided procedure to obtain UPC from BSNL but I never received the code. When contacted with customer care, after waiting for what seemed like an hour and many futile calls I finally got the operator on the other end who simple gave me another number for BSNL Bihar . When I called on this number, it simply stated that incoming facilities to the number are barred. I called the BSNL customer care again and another guy hands me the same number again even after me mentioning the issue. Now I am stuck with a good for nothing poor network and the worst customer service experience. I just want the UPC number and get on with my life with another network operator.

                                      I had paid for bsnl broadband bill ( 879 ) through Google Pay on Nov 1 but hadn't got any confirmation from BSNL. The bank had confirmed that the payment is successful. Upon reaching BSNL office, they were clueless about what is happening and had told me to " just wait ". On 4 Nov my services had been suspended, with no update of payment from bsnl. Nov 6, they resumed my services with adding the bill for this month totalling to 1700+ rupees. I've submitted the complaints online ( doubtful if the website even works ). Bsnl office workers are hopeless, so I have no idea where to approach except for this. I don't want to pay another 879 for nothing.
                                      Kindly deduct 879 from the total because I've already paid for it.
