Hi Sir
I got a bsnl fiber net(100MB/sec) connection on 26 oct, 2020. They took 1 month to just setup the connection. After doing setup, they just went away. They didn't even checked the speed of internet. I raised a complaint on 29oct, 2020. I am also calling bsnl customer care daily to fix the issue but noone came yet. Each day they told me same things that "A person from bsnl will come in 24 hours to fix the issue." but noone is coming. It's been more than 20 days since i raised the complaint. Even i tweeting the same issue on Twitter also since 10th nov, 2020 but i am getting any reply.

        My Kolkata Landline[protected] is dead since April, 2020. Even after multiple visit to Baruipur Telephone office and verbal complaints, no one is eager to check and rectify.

        Telephone office bearers had been asking and pushing to get the bill paid for the period for which the telephone has been dead. I had to pay that money (Rs. 741) too from my pocket.

        Finally, I decided to get the telephone disconnection done.
        But no one in the Baruipur Telephone office eager to take the disconnection request/form. They communicated that they Stopped
        working since BSNL is not paying them Salary for last few months.

        I tried by sending disconnection request through letter. But courier returned. No one at the Telephone office receiving or accepting the courier/ letter too.

        For keeping a record, I raise a complaint through BSNL self portal.
        SMS came with a Docket number[protected] on 31 October, 2020.
        But no call back came from BSNL customer care further till date (18 Nov, 2020). I tried calling 1500, but they directed me to call 1503 where no one from BSNL customer care receiving the call as well.

        I request BSNL to permanently disconnect my Landline[protected] and stop asking for unnecessary money/payment continuously for dead connection.

          I've been trying to recharge my number from past 3 days but I am not able to. I tried Google pay, paytm, yonosbi even bsnl website but everytime it failed. Can it be resolved?

              I have paid bsnl landlines bill using online bill pay facility from bsnl portal.
              money is deducted from my bank account but bsnl portal shows status as initiated only.
              i am receiving calls from bsnl office that pay the bill otherwise they will cut the connection.

                Removal o[censored]nused BSNL pole in front of my house

                Dear Sir,

                There is a BSNL pole in front of my house(S-5/75 Greater Green park Bareilly, ) which is creating a problem of extension of the entrance gate of our hose.The pole nowadays being generally used by local cable operator and has become theft prone because of close proximity to my house.
                So this is our earnest request tou remove the BSNL pole or shift it a little bit far for the safety and security at the earliest.

                      Respected Sir/Madam,

                      Kindly requesting to do an immediate response for our completely out of order landline/Broadband from past 2-3 months, In spite of the functioning condition of the landline, I have been receiving bills every month and no bills are left unpaid till date. I have made several complaints, by both manually, by phone. But no solution provided yet. They told us it's a cable issue on their last visit. After that there is no action taken from the authority.                         My complain is regarding bsnl FTTH first bill.In my FTTH account under product details it's mrntioned that there is 100% discount on four categories modem & ont security deposit, modem and voice installation.In the first bill discount for 3 categories is provided, but voice installation discount is not provided so 500 Rs extra is there in bill.Already I have been charged 1000 for installation by LCO.Another important fact is even after one month of getting connection voice facility is not yet enabled by BSNL.

                          From last 20 days I am trying to get UPC code on my mobile number but after sending SMS in return I got "there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider please contact your service provider for further assistance" may be more than 15 times I talk to customer care from then they always replied in 24 hour you will get your UPC code we are forwarding your issue to our senior but no UPC code received till now

Inspite of the functioning condition of the landline, I have been receiving bills every month and no bills are left unpaid till date.

                                      I recharged Rs.149 in the mobile number [protected] on[protected] through freecharge and it was success . Amt of Rs 149/- was deducted from the credit card of Kanaka NS. Then remitted Rs 74 for plan extension on 6-11-20. I filed a complaint to BSNL online. But I have not yet received any favourable reply .
                                      Hence I beseech you to take necessary steps to redress my grievevances.
