During online bill payment of my BSNL landline no[protected] amount deducted two times from my Fedaral bank account. During online bill payment there was an error payment was not successful then I refreshed and then payment. Was successful but later I found in my bank statement that amount was deducted two times I.e.831 two times from my account. Kindly look into the matter and reimburse me ₹831 asap.i did online payment on 25.05.2017 .please mail me further communication on my email id cs.[protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||||

Hungama service was activated for[protected] without me actually registering for it. Resulting in monthly additional charges.
