Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — BSNL Mobile number: [protected] - Not able to make or receive calls

Last from 4-5 days I am not able to make or receive a any calls form my BSNL mobile.

Even not able to make a call to customer care number : 1503 & [protected], so writing to you mail for the request to get rectify the issue.

I had complaint on BSNL portal with docket no. H[protected] but it was closed without attending the issue.

Attached are the screenshot showing error while calling to any number.

Requesting you to do the needful at the earliest.
