Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — BSNL: Refund not issued for landline disconnection request

I raised for landline disconnection request on 11 May 20; until now no refund issued.

I submitted written disconnection request to nearby telephone exchange, and the person got my request letter informed me that they will send someone to pick up the landline from home. No one came until now.

I tried to communicate number of times (direct visit to nearby exchange, customer care, etc.) and no response regarding disconnection request. Finally I knew the refund amount (1965) is due to be credited.

I initially got the connection for rs. 3000 advance, now after many years even after paying my dues until April 2020, the refund amount is reduced by 1000 rupees.

There is no medium to check the disconnection status.

I need my money back with the interest amount if applicable as delaying credit till date.
