I have tried last two months for porting my numbers [protected] & [protected] from BSNL but not able to get UPC CODE. My balance is almost over for tryingit out to send port messages to1900. I received below everytime
UPC CANNOT BE GENERATED AS THERE IS AN ACTIVE REQUEST FOR THE CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP FOR THIS NUMBER
