I was getting “couldn’t send message” while trying to send port message. Then I have recharged 75+20(plan voucher + topup) just to send a port message.
But I am not getting any reply for that. BSNL not allowing to escape from the worst network.

    Hi ConsumerCourt,

    I need to port my BSNL prepaid number([[protected]]) to Another operator.
    Thus I sent PORT to 1900. (27 may)
    Even after 5-6 messages I couldn't get UPC code till now.

    I need this urgently.

          Dear Sir
          I lost my mobile handset along with my sim card in the market. My mobile sim card no. Was [protected]. I want to block the sim card so that no one mis use it. But the bsnl officials say they require a copy of fir. Only for blocking a sim card, fir should not be insisted upon. I request the bsnl to block my sim immediately.

            We are facing issues with the network coverage. We had to go out of the home to do even a voice call. Complained the operator multiple times, but no use. We are facing this issue for the past 2 years.

              When I try to port my bsnl mobile number to airtel I’m getting below errors:
              Your request for UPC has been delayed. Please wait while your request is being processed.
              Request for UPC for your mobile no. [protected] could not be processed. Please retry after some time.

              Please help me to get UPC code to my number.

              Hi team,

              I got a fraud call today regarding UPC code of my bsnl number, they were asking me to install team viewer and they forced me to recharge of my number with 10/- via Internet banking, however I have recharged my number using debit card, as soon as I recharged I got a call from other number saying that “we are calling from hdfc bank you account will be debited with 5000/- for some fee” I was shocked and said that I’m gonna call my bank branch manager regarding this and will get back to you as I was no ready to give any further information to them. As soon as I said to them they have disconnected the call and switched off their mobiles. I donno what consumer forum and bsnl doing here, They are allowing fraud people to do all these dramas instead of solving our problems.everybody please be aware of these scams.

                Hi

                I am holding BSNL prepaid connection bearing # [protected]. I have been trying to port to different network provider for one month. Every time I send port request, i receive a message that the request is in queue and after a while the message states "Request for your UPC number [protected] cannot be processed. Please try again after sometime".

                I have tried escalating this issue to BSNL but they are informing there is a technical snag at their end and they are not sure of when it will be resolved.

                Request your intervention in getting a UPC code asap as their network is so pathetic with lots of call drops and network issues.

                  No network signal is shown in the hand set. It is displaying as Mobile Network not available. E'en after multiple reboot and though after re-inserting the SIM, there is no signal in my BSNL number. Kindly help the earliest.
