Dear Authority,
This is to inform you that there is a BSNL telephone pole in front of my house which is of no use . This is causing a lot of parking problem of my vehicle and has become a place for pet dogs to pass urine and potty and spread of various diseases . So I request you to remove or relocate this telephone pole from the front of my house .
For this I will be very thankful to you, please oblige.

I have tried last two months for porting my numbers [protected] & [protected] from BSNL but not able to get UPC CODE. My balance is almost over for tryingit out to send port messages to1900. I received below everytime
UPC CANNOT BE GENERATED AS THERE IS AN ACTIVE REQUEST FOR THE CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP FOR THIS NUMBER...

Dear All,
Very unfortunate that my postpaid number [protected] having zero dues as on date got deactivated on 27.09.2023 without any intimation to me i.e without and single call, sms, letter etc by your department.
This is pathetic and very unfortunate on bsnl part that in this 21st century when their is a digital revolution everywhere and your bsnl is deactivating a customers sim on pretext of any reason without intimating him and putting customers on reputational loss, business loss, social risk, time, loss, operational risk etc and waiting that the customer will visit your office and then you will tell him the reason of deactivation.
I am informing you to immediately activate my number first and if their is any requirement from the department thereon same shall be conveyed to the customer for the resolution.
Any delay in activation shall force me to take legal recourse against the concerned official and the department theron.

Customer request closed with no resolution after 15 days. Called customer care multiple times but no help.

I m sakshi sharma I paid my wifi bill rupees 589 but my bill is still pending and I done my payment through federal BSNL payment via UPI but sucessful not done plz show concern to my complain or resolve it as soon as possible

Its disgusting to say that every time we make call there will be a caller tune before the call is connected, its so horrible to listen the caller tunes and waste of time
why should bsnl want to subject its prepaid consumers to a torture by forcibly applying caller tunes as part of prepaid recharge
we dont need the ### caller tune crap as part of recharge, by charging for the caller tunes recharge amount is increased
its waste and compelling consumer to listen dirty voices before connecting calls
if bsnl want to sell caller tunes, make it a different pack and people who like will buy
and make the prepaid call recharge packs free from forced caller tunes and offer reduced prices, with this offer bsnl can get more prepaid sales, example validity recharge without caller tune and special recharge of caller tune

Noisy Line is very high and it's happening often with BSNL landline user. I have no other choice of changing network if this issue persists. Please resolve this at the earliest. Thank You!

I recently payed the same bill twice for broadband, so please refund my amount that I've payed extra and also for a plan of 599 60mbps I'm getting 840 to 900 rs as bill for every month which is very high I'm seeking an answer please resolve as soon as possible.

It's been almost one month, several times I called and requested BSNL staff for broadband connection since the middle of August but they are not taking it seriously, not providing us the connection & constantly lying to us. They took my documents and completed the KYC on 8th August, as I got the message. But still, they haven't been able to deliver the connection. And if they are asked for it, every time they say today or tomorrow you will get but it's just a lie. If they can't provide the connection or having any issues then they directly tell us so that we get confirmation at least and look for any other network. It's Very unexpected and disappointing.

Whenever a PORT request for a BSNL number is raised and sent to 1900, we receive response from 1901 with "Your request for UPC has been delayed. Please wait while your request is being processed."/instead of validbUPC.

This is really upsetting even after send out multiple requests.

This correspondence is to notify regarding a pole that has been causing mobility problems lately in my house. Request your kind consideration to shift/remove it at the earliest. Complete address is mentioned below along with photograph of the pole.

Having difficulty in parking car and residents are throwing thrash in front of the house. Hence requesting to shift this box....

2) Request for UPC for your mobile no. 91xxxxxxxx could not be processed. Please retry after some time.
