I would like to cancel the landline connection at my home since it is of no use to us. We will pay the remaining balance amount once we get the confirmation of the cancellation from the bsnl company. Please refund the amount given as advance.

My tele 2852564 is out of order since long time, after repeated complaints no action is taken from BSNL.it's shoddy response compel me to surrender my phone.

My landline bearing No.[protected] is dead since long and I had made a complaint on 23.06.2017 vide Number [protected].

Since then, neither any action has been taken nor anyone in complaint booking is giving any response.

So please take necessary steps
