Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — cannot place an outgoing call it says all lines are to the route are busy

So i cannot place a call on my bsnl mobile number which i am using in delhi it says all lines to the route are busy pls try again after sometime i am facing this issue since many days and i contacted the customer support they say that they cannot do anything in the matter as they cannot find my mobile no in their system i’m very disappointed with the service at least not expected from bsnl.
