My BSNL number is [protected]. I want to port my number from BSNL to another network provider. I am trying to send PORT[protected] to 1900. Even though I have sufficient balance in my number, the message is not being sent and is failing repeatedly. BSNL is restricting me to send an SMS to 1900. Please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible.
