I am a resident of Gorewada, Nagpur,
From the time I bought the BSNL sim, I've noticed that the 4G network connectivity and the range of signal is very much poor in our area as compared to other sim companies.
Neighbours are also complaining about the same.
Please examine this issue thoroughly and try to resolve this issue as soon as possible otherwise you will lose a prominent customer.
