Please closed my bsnl landline connection from 01.01.2018 due to my transfer from here. Because this reason that connection could not be continues and not possible to given another person and also not taking service for this landline due to mobile connection

BSNL operator is sending many SMS daily asking to subscribe nauseating to their paid ads and causing disruption in our mails and very disturbing.
We donot know how this public Sector Telecom is doing this
OBNOXIOUS campaign of ads.
WE request you to please STOP this BSNL ads through SMS

My prepaid bsnl sim stop working from 22.12.2017.

There is no network connection.

Please do the needful to solve the problem as soon as possible.

I can't even albe to make a call to customer care to register a complint.

I don't have any network connection and can't able to make any call or message or internet connection.

We had recharge made top up of Rs.220/- prepaid mobile number [protected]. Payment had been made via PAYTM, but balance not received in given mobile yet. Pl note operator reference number is [protected].

Pl solve my problem at earliest and inform.

I had paid my Landline bill ( No--[protected])through netbanking on 19th dec.17 through techprocess from my bank account.801 rs debited from my account but my Landline bill showing unpaid.So transver my payment back to my bank account as early as possible. Munish Sharma.
