Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — deducting amount from prepaid mobile balance with pop up messages | |||
My mobile no. Is [protected], i've not opted any service from bsnl. But below given messages in bracket came. Total 3 messages came & rs.15/- each deducted. Total rs.45/- deducted. Customer service person is telling that your mobile is not activated any service. Iam afraid that they may deduct continuously. Kindly resolve the problem & add rs.45/- to my balance. This message came from bt-bsnlcg (Thanks for subscribing for the service video ringtones (50500) you have been charged rs 15.0 successfully and your service will be delivered shortly.) regards, D.
