Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — excess amount charged on internet usage | |||||
Sir I have port/switched my contact number from tata docomo to bsnl. Earlier this month, i got to contact to one of the bsnl customer executive related any query. That time i asked her of 429 rs plan that i have already done. She told me that since i have port/switched the number to bsnl, i will get internet for free with lesser speed after 1gb of data. This means i will not be charged for any extra bytes of internet used after consuming 1gb data. Now, yesterday, i. E., on 25th november 2017, i consumed the data more than 1gb and it charged me of my whole balance i. E., rs.971. Along with some extra balance of 61 rs and now another customer executive is saying that i have not been provided any facility of free internet above 1gb of data and he also informed that i have debit balance of around 100 rs also. This is a very big blunder from bsnl side. I did the only thing which was guided to me by their customer care executive and they have done exactly opposite of that.
