I have not opted for Amazon Prime annual subscription and I have never used it. Please remove it and correct he bill as it was for earlier months. My bill always should be not more than Rw.470/-. Please correct the bill and send the revised for my payment. Here afterwards, please do not add any other amount or subscription without my option.

My sim card stopped working. There is no network showing on the phone. I checked my phone and is working fine. Other sim cards are working fine in that slot. Other bsnl sim cards are working fine.I also tried to call the customer care and the call got in waiting for more than 10 minutes and still no response from them.
