Bsnl had offered to my broadband phone free amazon prime videos in september 2018. From october 2018. They started adding rs.489/- in the bill stating as one time charges for hungama movies, songs, games, and it continued till august 2019 bill as one time charges, thereby collecting around rs.5, 000/- excess amount so far. I had not subscribed/registered for hungama services from my phone or from my e-mail but somebody played some mischief and hence i am charged unnecessarily in the monthly bill.

Only outgoing calls r coming but incoming r not coming to landline no[protected] since 20 days i given several complaints thru online and to bsnl office. No bsnl person responded still how many days it will take to rectify the incoming calls problem

Lot of disturbance and very feeble voice is heard when calling outside. Have made lot of complaints over the phone, but still not working. We are Senior citizens and require the services of Landline phone.
