Kindly make my sim active-my no is-[protected]. Main balance is there. But it got deactivated due to non usage for few months. When i contacted the customer care it shows the number is live in their system. But when i use the card in the phone it shows the sim is invalid. I checked it even changing the phones. How to activate the existing sim. Balance present, but no use

Dear drspkaran,

I think your sim got damaged since as per their database base your connection is in active. But you are told that Sim is not valid. So you may visit the nearest BSNL office which can be able to issue sim cards to public and ask them to provide duplicate sim by submitting supporting document which is related to particular sim. So that you can get some resolution against your complaint.

hi, my BSNL SIM is from Hyderabad India. since morning it shows "invalid SIM" even after changing to a different device. I am living in Kerala. Customer care BSNL office says need to visit Hyderabad office. it's not possible. Kindly suggest.

Hi, My BSNL Sim status is showing invalid since yesterday. I tried changing sim to another phone but same issue is occurring all the time, In this case i can’t even port it . What could be done in this case, Kindly please suggest me solutions ASAP as it is my Primary number.
