Dear sir, i am to inform you that today at about 7pm near Adambakkam i lost my Nokia mobile phone with prepaid BSNL SIM number [protected] bought at Tuticorin .

I kindly request you to deactivate the above mobile number immediately.I also request you to issue me a duplicate SIM card.

I lost my Nokia mobile phone today at about 7pm with prepaid SIM card with mobile number [protected] bought at Tuticorin during 2009 near Adambakkam while going to Velachery by motor cycle..The balance amount available is about Rs.25/-

I kindly request you to deactivate the above mentioned SIM card with mobile no:[protected] immediately.I also request you to make arrangement for issuing a duplicate SIM card with the same number.

My BSNL Mobile No. [protected]. When I switched on the phone, it shows PIN Blocked, Enter PUK Code. Please provide me with the PUK Code. Sim number is[protected] send puk code to [protected] or [protected]@gmail.com !
