Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — Lower Speed And Rude Behaviour

I am using BSNL broadband from a year and recently i am having issue of sometimes disconnecting Internet and mostly i face speed problem. So i contact local office and telling my problem but every time he said problem from backend whole month passed still issues not resolved Also, he said don't fill complain online and today he told me to change Internet connection and choose other network. As in my area, there is only one broadband Internet provider(BSNL). Therefore i have to depend upon their service that they are providing to me. Hence, rude behaviour from local bsnl officer should be stopped and frequently Internet speed problem should be solved. My ftth number is 01692_297033], My name is Karanjeet Singh
