I'm a BSNL broadband user with account number [protected] and phone number [protected]. As per the new plan introduced by BSNL, I should get speed of 8Mbps for my current plan (using rs 499 monthly plan) from November 1st onwards. But instead of 8Mbps currently I'm only getting a nearly 1.6 Mbps. Related to this issue I have communicated with BSNL customer care team several time, but they had asked me to wait 1 day. But even after that period also I'm still facing same issue. Today also I have called and again asking me to wait next 24 more hours. So in this situation I should have to pay the full amount for the limited service currently BSNL is providing. So my request is to speed the connection as per the plan mentioned by BSNL. As a part of this issue I have called the customer care several time I lost my valuable time as well as money because of the pathetic service of BSNL. I have made payment till last month for this limited sevices and I need compensation for the same since I'm not even getting minimum speed of 2Mbps which BSNL had introduced in this year itself.

I have called customer care again to get the latest updates but they again asking 24 hours of time. As of now I have waited more than 48 hours and still no updates from BSNL. It's not fair and atleast they should have been inform what's the exact issue and should inform how long will it take to resolve.

Today also I have called customer care and again they want me to wait another 24 hours and saying their technician will visit and resolve the issue within that time. 3 days before also they had mentioned the same thing and no one visited or called me regarding this.

I have paid my landline bill online but the payment has not been received by the bsnl yet the amount is debited from my bank account.

    I am trying to connect to andhra customer care from 4days to know about my plan expiry and till now i couldnt connect.1503 & [protected] are waste o[censored]se, it was asked to press 1 for telugu but it didnt even accepted once in hundred of trails. I tried from my bsnl number, landline & other sim also but make it. Tomorrow my plan is going to expire but i dont know what to do to extend it with available balance in my sim. I dont want to recharge it as i already have balance in it. Got frustrated with the poor service customer care has given. Now i am going to port my number to some other network. Better if you improve your service or otherwise you will lose many more customers as bsnl has already less count.

      Mobile network coverage was fully available from kottoor tower, which is around 1.5 km away from my location. But recently an airtel tower installed near this place. After this, bsnl provides only a fluctuated coverage. We cannot make calls or net browsing. This fluctuation affects mobile life and battery backup. Call drope is another issue. Please solve this issue urgently.
      I have already registered this issue but did not get any grievance. Ref. No. Krl/co/2017/7915.

        I want to deactivate the bsnl hungama plan as soon as possible. Do it immediately. My land line number is[protected]. They called me on my landline number and ask if i have any problem. Then send bvas message to 56677. I sent the message but later i receive a message for active hungama service entertainment unlimited rs 170 and gaming cafe rs 70 so please deactivate these offers as soon as possible.

          Bsnl service is a wast for public peoples...
          In bsnl working officers have two big horns in there head, bcoz they are central government employs. Even though they don't even know the meaning of broadband.

          My number[protected], last 8 months broadband often working (Dsl will break 5-10 times in an hour), and paying bill for 8 months.

          When we call and explain about the issue to the jto, they just tell change the modem, now in my home having 3 working modem.. Even though the complaint is not resolved...

          After this, i stopped complaining to jto,
          I called the engineer working in bsnl, who is superior to the jto,
          When i contacted at first time he asked about all the details and came to my home to check the problem. 2-3 times he visited my home. Here after also the complaint not resolved, after 1 month over, we again and again calling him, after 1 month he talking as we complained that the broadband is slow...
          And the usage is normal, then we explain again, after he is telling, hooo you complained as the dsl is breaking, not about the speed...

          What to tell about these central government educated persons...

          Daily we are calling them, they looking into the complain last 8 months.

          This same complaint facing by our surrounding peoples also...

            I raise a complain for service visit at 28 Oct due to connection dead, BSNL company share 24 working hour tat but today 31 Oct still issue not resolve.

            Whenever call at customer care they did not provide any contact number of nearest
            BSNL ofc .and one Advisor share contact number but while I m dial at this number call goes to agree culture of india group.

            So please suggest why customers face this type of harassment

              Hello sir, i recently moved to warje pune, near cipla training centre, sapna sahakari housing society. I used bsnl krushi but there is no network in this area and also no 3g network. The call quality is also very poor. Plz do something on bsnl 3g network. This bsnl krushi is my permanent no and i don't want to port my no. On any other network. Thank you.

              I tried several times from may but Costumer care and bsnl not helping me
              I am a BSNL Kerala sim user, and has been using the sim for about a year within Kerala. I have moved to Gujarat and the sim worked perfectly fine for first 2-3 months. Now it is showing No network and I am unable to connect with anyone. Help please?
              Broadband internet service has been blocked from last 10 days. After several complains the service has not been restored. Complaint number [protected]

              I have disconnected by BSNL broadband connection on 16th of July 2017. The deposit amount related to this telephone number has not been refunded to my bank account.

                On 29/10/2017 i paid my landline telephone bill of bsnl online through billdesk. The amount has been debited from my bank account vide sms message to my mobile phone. But the amount is not deposited to bsnl a/c. The sms message reference is — [inb[protected]/bsnl (Billdesk)/na]. I mailed to portal [protected]@bsnl co.in about the problem. [protected]@bsnl.co.in mailed to me like this — "failure delivery [550 5.7.2 sender address not found in recipient address book — spam mail rejected.in another message [protected]@bsnl.co.in replied to me like this"failure delivery [552 5.5.2 mailbox space quota exceeded]

Maine 16 oct ki bsnl ka new sim lia or is pe 429 ka 3 month unlimited calling and one gb per day net waala pack activate krwa lia lekin os din se lekar aaj takk mai net use nahi ker paa raha kyu k net ki range hi nahi hai... Ghr me to network aata hi nahi or market me bhe jao to net hardly 2 -3 mint chalta hai..net ki problm hai or maine to 429 rupees ka plan bhe lia or net bhe nahi chal raha...                     I am really disappointed with the way services are activated on my broadband services. If this continues i am planning to cancel my bsnl connections.
                    I want stringent action to be taken against the company for looting the customers in this way. And i always have internet connectivity issues and when contacted the concerned staff never acts immediately.

                      My instrument doesn't ring, even I can't hear voice. I can't talk with that instrument. So it is just like of no use. Please do replacement.
                      I have tried to cancel my caller tune past 3 months, every month 30+12 been deducted for nothing, i have send messages called it says no vas active, but amount every month deducted. Pleas cancel immediately [protected] bsnl or i will port my number to other network provider.

                        I am a retired employ of bsnl. Some revised gratuiy rs. 16, 17017/-are due till 11.07.2017. Bsnl autherity has santion the amount vide their letter no/diary no - w[protected] dt.11.07.2017 & send to you. But till date you have not pay the amount to my a/c no [protected]. It is a tax free amount. My ppo no is [protected]. I have submit the xerox copy of sanction copy to the sr. Maneger. Bank of india. Baranagar branch. Kolkata. Perhaps he send the documents to you by mail. Please see the matter.

[protected]is defective during last few days for which l lodged complains daily but instead of changing the receiver everyday l got message that problem is resolved that may kindly be seen from your complain list. Besides during last 3 days my telephone is dead and in this case also every day message of same dialogue l am getting. If such type of service continue kindly disconnect and withdraw my telephone line.

                            Bsnl claiming as best leading network.. Why are you fooling the public... On the other hand no network updates still growing the shares by missed call alerts and cross connection.. When i went for a new connection refused me saying in your area no point is there and we will not subait your form... Contract workers are looking after all the work.. No executive are looking after it... Why...

                              Sir this teja from khandavalli bsnl has placed a tower in my land and now land lease time has completed, and its already 3 years over still no one is responding we met bsnl gm eluru still there is no responce where i have to go, lands and towers officer tells go to main branch when i went they tells meet dgm then gm. Then he said i will discuss with officers, since number of times i called still saying i have to discuss. Please suggest what to do.

                                I have lodge a complaint of paynimo about payment failure on this site on 27/10/2017 at night 11:00 pm and next morning 6:00 am i have received a call from mobile no. [protected] for solving my problem, i was happy but lady on call ask my debit card detail when i refused to told anything then she started threatening me "अगर आप अपनी कार्ड डिटेल नहीं बताएँगे तो आपका पैसा वापस नहीं आएगा"

I am not getting call in may house and get messages about missed calls. I made several complaints. But so far problem was not rectified. Two months back bsnl person called me and stated that there was tower problem and will be attended. But so far the problem was not rectified.

                                      My bsnl land line number (With broad band connection[protected] is not working for the last 7days. The land line is not at all working for many months. Many complaints done but the problem is not yet solved. Now for last 7 days the broad band also not working.

                                      Please treat this as most urgent and solve this issue.

                                        I already complained 3 times but the company didn't solve my problem. My problem is that i can't get hsdpa connectivity in my home.
                                        The docket number of my complaints are-

                                        2. 1j12308455 on 12/10/2017
                                        3. 1j19374470 on 19/10/2017
                                        I also informed appellate authority about it.
                                        Actually i got the 2 point signal in last 2 date but today i faced the same problem.
                                        Please help me sir as none of their representative answer me properly.
                                        They do nothing instead of registering complaints and after 2 days i got the message that your docket number has been closed but actually my problem is not solved.
                                        Please help me to get rebate as they didn't solved my problem within 3 days as per trai's law.
                                        Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
