My Landline#[protected] Outgoing has been blocked due to non payment of October 2022 bill RS. 388/- however my landline was dead due to cable issue for more than 15 to 20 days during the month of October 2022. I have already escalated multiple emails regarding this to BSNL and they have accepted to adjust October 2022 bill however my bill was not yet adjusted. As of now my bill was not yet adjusted. I am unhappy with BSNL service provider. Please waive my rental and also adjust the entire bill for October 2022 due due to land line dead for more than 15 to 20 days.
