On the subject cited above and details under reference, i am constrained to bring to your kind notice that a sum of rs. 300.00 has been charged extra as one time charges when i have not gone for any top up recently.
I would therefore request you to kindly check the records and make necessary corrections in the bill

Met accts officer i was told since the system reflects one time recharge of rs 300/-, they cannot do anything in this matter. What am i to do now?
