I surrendered my tel no.[protected] and a/cs officer gzb issued order no. R 1984 dt 12.12.18 for refund. Its been more then three months, i have not received the refund amount and bsnl now also, not giving any proper reply/feedback regarding the status of refund.

I have contacted ghaziabad and meerut telephone exchange number of times but i have not received any satisfactory reply.

Request you to kindly look into the matter and expedite the process of refund.

    Account no. [protected], tel. No. [protected]. I am nearly 85 yrs of age. Ref.:invoice nos. Edcwb[protected], dt. 06.01.19, edcwb[protected], dt.06.2.19. Bill amounts are rs.7409.22 and rs. 16.00 respectively. An sms has been received on 06.3.19 stating that bill for mar'19 is rs.7413. My daughter took leave from work on 26.2.19 to understand the bill for dec, '18, dt. 06.1.19 and was told that the amt represents fixed charge for the period 01.12.18 to 30.11.20 under plan 299 which means that all local and national calls (To any network) are free until 30.11.2020. Also, that the amount had been adjusted against a previous double payment to bsnl in mar 2017. Remaining amt is rs.16.00 as per bill dt. 06.2.19. As such no bills would now be received for any local or national call. The sms regarding a further bill of rs.7413 remains unexplained.
    I trust it will be accepted that such bills cause unnecessary and avoidable harassment to me, at this age, and also to my family. Also to be pointed out that this has been happening since 2017. I hope the matter will be corrected and i will not be forced to disconnect this telephone connection and take up the matter with higher authorities.

      My broad band and land line were not functioning from 22.02.2019. I lodged a complaint vide complaint document no.[protected] dated 23.02.2019. Without resolving the complaint i received a reply that the complaint was resolved. I again made a complaint on 01.03.2019. The complaint was resolved only on 04.03.2019. The charges for not functioning of bb & land line for 12 days may be adjusted to my future bills.

      I am receiving frequently text message from 57171 from last many times
      please prove help me to get rid of it

        I've changed my bsnl micro sim to nano sim for my prepaid no. [[protected]] from bsnl office, they said it would get activated within 2hrs and its been more than 24 hrs and my sim is still inactive! That number is important to me. So please activate it as soon as you can. I hope you'd rectify it as soon as you can.

          Hello i'm the bsnl customer and my bsnl phone number is[protected]. I disconnected the bsnl connection on july 2018 and still it generating the bill.
          I already paid adjusted amount and done my balanced 0 (Zero). After that i get the bills and all bills are zero usage. My customer number is [protected].
          And i pay last bill that recipe number is "h 03287667". I already go to bsnl office 5 times but i'm not satisfied.

          BSNL make annoying recorded voice calls to my landline. Such calls come quite often already and their frequency is increasing. They have not sought my permission to make such calls. Does BSNL consider that TRAI DnD registration of my landline number does not apply to them?

            I have obtained a broadband connection from bsnl 3 months back with monthly tariff rs 249. Unfortunately without any notice my tariff was changed to rs 350 from the month of feb 2019. Within 2 months from the date of connection which is quite an appropriate way and looting of customer after gaining a customer account showing a fixed rent and then increasing the rent without any prior notice within one to two months time.

            Sir, we are doing apprentice since last 2 months but they are not given even one paisa we all are call to GM office Dabagarden they are not respond and saying what you want to do it.so please help ous we are having fear if they won't give what we have to sir please solve our problem

              I have never subscribed for any game but Rs 30 was deducted from my balance for the subscription towards FAMEONGAME service. On top of that they are asking me to unsubscribe the service which I have never subscribed. This is cheating. The deducted amount should immediately be credited to my account.                 I moved to Assam from MP a week ago. Suddenly my BSNL sim Stopped working on 28 Feb 2019. It is showing no network. I tried all ways and means of swapping sim and changing phone but no success. My wife has a BSNL sim and its working fine.

                I tried calling customer care and they gave me a number and asked me to call.
                I called and they gave me another number to call.
                I called and the number is switched off.

                I tried customer care number again but received no help.

                BSNL care is 35 Km from my place and I can not go there

                  I am a resident of jammu and kashmir and has been using bsnl number from few years but now i am facing the network issues with bank and the plans are also costly, so i want to change my service provider. Hence i tried to port my bsnl mobile number [protected] from so many days and i am sending message to 1900 for the code however i am not receiving it.

                  Broadband landline connection not available since 08 Feb 19. No. is[protected]. No rectification been done till date.
                  If matter is to remain unsolved for the whole month then bill should not be generated against our number.

                    I bought few items for sum amount of 5500 rupees and 3300 rupees on 19th jan 2019.
                    Later i returned two items on 28th jan 2019( a shoe and t.shirt) worth 3000 rupees approximately and was given a credit note and that day itself that is on 28th jan 2019 i purchsed shoes for 1400 rupees from that credit note and i was given another credit note for remaining amount approximately 1600 rupees.

                    Unfortunately I lost that credit note and the bill. I visited cebtral mall panjagutta and they were not able to help me out saying once credit note is lost nothing can be done.
                    Then i wrote a mail and personally called to customer care central[protected] and they said they too cannot help me out with this as it's not in their hands. However they asked me to visit store once. I did it and i was asked to write a mail to Hyderabad team. I wrote the mail on 26th feb 2019. And i contacted them. They again told me today that they too dont have any details.
                    Before contacting Hyderabad central i called payback center and they said they don't save details of purchase made frm credit note.

                    Now my question is
                    How come they dont save details of purchases credit note return etc in their system? It isnt a small amount. I want to use my money of credit note. It was just a small slip. Help me out central team. Im not going to keep quite.

                      I am using this number for many years and my average monthly bill of this number 860-880 per month but since last month the company bsnl has started sending me excess bill. I. E. 3880 and 4457 approx which is very unjustified. For several months my bill amount use to be around 860-880 then how suddenly this amount has rise by 400% is not understood. Pls look into the matter. And send me a revised bill

                        My porting requesting to jio is pending for about a week now. I have cleared your dues for january 2019 through ecs vide source ref. No.2823167 dt.24/2/19 through net banking of rs.337.10 and paid in cash rs.340/-on 25/2/19 at your counter. I was told since i have cleared all my dues, now the porting request will be accepted and an otp will be sent to me. However, to date, i have not received any otp and the phone no.[protected] is still working. Kindly take a note of the same and provide me with the otp number immediately at the earliest.

                          I am the recent owner of a property, mra 142 on nettayam road, in manikandeswaram, (Near peroorkada) in trivandrum city, kerala state.

                          To my shock and surprise i saw today an unloading of equipment and material by kerala city union workers who informed me that it was for the construction of a mobile telephone tower by bsnl.

                          This action right in the midst of a heavily populated area is being done, despite several previous petitions and pleas by the local citizenry and public who are completely against this. Also, at a time when the rest of the wealthy areas in trivandrum city are having these towers removed, this tower is being planted in the heart of a middle class sub urban area.
                          The landlord who has rented his property to the cell phone company, needless to say is a very wealthy man!

                          I am saddened and very disappointed that even to this day, in india, indians who constitute the general public, and whose health safety and the rights to living a healthy life are so callously dismissed in the face of power and money.

                          I write to you this complaint in the hope that you will do the right thing, and bring justice back to where it belongs - at the heart of india's citizens.

                          my landline and broadband stoped working on nov 2, 2018. i have complained about the issue through their customer care on November 3, after that i didnot got any response from them and the connection is not working since then. But they are sending me bills.
                          This telephone no is quiet old and one of my relative is having this no. Since long I am trying to contact but this telephone no is not being connected after dialing, nor any message is receiving. STD code for Pune is 020 . is this no has been changed?

                              I would like to bring to your kind notice that rs. 30 is often deducted by 57171. You are requested to stop such deduction immediately otherwise. I have to approach consumer forum to sort this matter or i have to discontinue with bsnl service

                              Such deductions were not there last 1 year. Such are being done from last 3 to 4 months. Does bsnl has any such plans of deducting amount from prepaid accounts for voice calls.

                              Hence you take matter seriously to avoid any legal consequences.

                                I received fraud call for refunding my debited amount of bank of india account.
                                Please check below attached file of mail which i received from consumer complaints.
                                Is this correct email of consumer complaints?

                                Received a fraud call from this no. : [protected] and he told me he is calling from consumer complaints & told me he will refund amount through upi.
                                And he sent request on phone pay from this no : [protected] and told me to pay 24999 but i declined his request.

                                Please check and take action otherwise he will do the same thing with other people.

                                    I am receiving fake otp sms from 57171 in my bsnl no [protected]. Saying that i have been deducted some charges for some services divya_14. But i have never done such type of things and i always use my mobile judiciously. But this is spam. I have called bsnl customer, they are totally useless, saying we can't do anything for otp. I request you to escalate the matter. I am already filling an police complain on this matter in my local ps against this spam.

                                      Hi,

                                      I attempted for online recharge o[censored]nlimited calls for cell number [protected] on 24th feb 2019 for rs.99 through icici bank imobile app. Here is the transaction id [protected]. The money has been debited from my account, but recharge is unsuccessful. I didn't get message for the successful recharge.
                                      Please check and refund it as soon as possible.

                                        Ra 30 is often deducted for voice chat by 57171 against by mobile number [protected]. Such deduction may please be blocked immediately and permanently.
                                        This is not at all convenient and i feel unnecessary for me. Such deductions should be done only if the customer writes for it or give their acceptance. I hope you would take immediate action and see that it is stopped immediately as per my request.
