On 10-jan-2018, i have submitted the documents for re-verification as per the process mentioned in the below portal link. I have followed each and every step they have given in pdf.

Afer i have submitted the request, i have got the below message on 15-jan-2018, even though i have submitted my visa copy:
"dear customer, your aadhar linking for mobileno: [protected] / caf_no: re14469534 is rejected due to reason: visa_snapshot_missing in uploaded documents. Please try again"
On 18-jan-2018, also i have got another caf_serial_no: re14577658
Now, i'm trying to re-submit the request along with documents again, but i'm not able to submit it. When i enter my mobile number and click on 'submit', it says 'reverification in process', and i'm not getting the otp to initiate the process again. Please cleanup the data so that 'reverification in process' is not displayed, so that i can re-try. Without otp i'm not able to re-initiate the re-verification process again.
Regarding the above matter i have been reaching out to the customer service number[protected]. I have called them over 10-15 times (I really mean it, its more than 15 times) over the past 3 weeks and nobody is able to solve the issue.
I spoke to customer service department in bangalore, they gave me the following request numbers, but the issue is not resolved yet:

Even i have sent many emails to [protected]@bsnl.co.in, but haven't got even a single reply so far.
Could you please kindly help me in getting this resolved?
