Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — Recharge money deducted but recharge failed

I was recharging a BSNL number using bsnl self-care app, and when I went through the recharge the recharge failed but the money was deduced from my back account. I paid using google pay upi system and the money got deducted from my back account but in the app the recharge failed and I've not yet received my money back.
