This is mounika. Today i tried to recharged my bsnl number with 29/- special recharge. While doing the recharge i mistyped the number which led other person got the balance. My number is [protected]
Recharged number [protected]. I am attaching the picture showing the confirmation of recharge to other number. So please help me to get the money back asap. Contact me asap.

A top up Rs.100 on 18.2.18 at 8.30 a.m. ref.no.PGSM[protected]. to mobile no.[protected]. But while making calls, call denied stating that the balance is too low and could not make any call..Please arrange to take credit the amount and allow to make calls . Please arrange to reply me early since urgent calls could not be made .

My telephone no 2250212 was not working since last two months. Compalint had been registered thro 198, but no response.Then how to pay the current bill because am not using this number for this period.

I've purchased sms pack of 83rs...First it was working properly..but Now when we send each message it gets is deducted from main balance...Need immediate action... Thanks
