Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — Refund of security deposit[protected]

Sir, I have a BSNL landline connection in the name of Shreeji Professional Services[protected]. I have given an application to disconnect my connection on 23.07.2019, as I have taken another fibre connection. I have requested to the BSNL department for refund of my security amount of Rs.1445/- on 23.07.2019 and receive the receipt of that application. But i have not yet received my security deposit amount. When i reached the department for questioning of my refund amount, they told me to wait. As the period from applying my refund to till date is approx. 10 months.I have also cleared all my dues. Attaching herewith Copy of receipt of balance payment & copy of Receipt of Application recd. by department for refund request.
Kindly do the needful and provide me the refund of security deposit amount of Rs.1445/-as soon as possible as already it is very delayed.
