Sir, i had complained on 3-8-2015, to bsnl, ratlam to disconect my landline as well as internet connection as it was not working propely seen very long and was dead, nothing happened than once i compalined 0n[protected] to refund my deposit money which is rs 2325, on 1-3-2016, i summited them there modem with every thing, my bsnl land line no was[protected], my add - atul tankha, 426, near ashirwad tent house, indiranagar, ratlam.
