Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] Complaints & Reviews

Hi,

This is regarding payment issue that i am facing for the application of bsnl post of junior engineer (je), (esrtwhile tta).
My register number is 626772.
The application fee for this post is rs.[protected] including the service charge).
While registration i paid the fee first using my debit card, and it showed me transaction failure. again i paid using my netbanking site and both time my account was debited with rs.1000+service charge and in total i paid around 2050. but still in the site it is showing (attached image) that i have not paid the fee. i got the mail from the payment gateway for the fee payment i. e. atom that the have received both times the amount that i remitted for this exam (mails attached), along with the merchant reference number.

But in the application site nowhere it is shown as fee remitted and i lost my rs.2000.

So i request to take necessary action to accept my fee remitted in the applicant site and to refund the extra 1000 that i have remitted.

I want to unsubscribe bsnl hungama. And the activation was started for bsnl hungma plan from 26.05.16 and assure that i have not taken even a single trial from the start date itself.
Since i am not interested in this plan, kindly deactivate or unsubscribe this from my landline number[protected].

Deactivation of games on demand, movie on demand

I have bsnl land line phone no[protected], account no.[protected].in the last bill i. e. for june 2016 rs.192 have been added in my bill whose invoice number is [protected] under adjustments for games on demand, movie on demand demand by m/s hunganma. i have never subscribed
These services and request you to please unsubscribe the same & refund the amount deducted.

We use landline no. of bsnl[protected]. this no. is regd. to pioneer computronix pvt. ltd. located at a-181, sec 63, noida. on this number the outgoing calls are not in service. we calls many times to customer care and in nearest telephone exchange office. on customer care says that this query will resolve by your nearest bsnl telephone exchange, so therefore you contact to bsnl telephone exchange.in telephone exchange but they dont pick up the phone. when sometime person pickup the phone so that he say "try another no."and another no. not picked up. they are not responding after giving the theat of consumer forum complaint helpline. so please sir/mam take an action and resolve my problem

Bsnl sim lost/stolen — to block the sim card

I lost my mobile handset alongwith my sim card at new delhi railway station. my mobile no. was [protected]. i want to block the sim card so that no one mis use it. but the bsnl officials say they require a copy of fir. only for blocking a sim card, fir should not be insisted upon. i request the bsnl to block my sim immediately.

I have a landline connection from bsnl, ph:[protected], land line is not working from the last 1 year. No response from local (Kizhakkambalam) office. Very bad services.. Bills are coming properly and paying the amount

My mobile no is [protected]. voice chat service activated. please deactivate/unsubscribe these services. because every month @30 rupees deduct from my account and i am not using this service anymore. i want to close it. because every month my 30 rs get deducted though i am not using ur voice chat. i am using bsnl mobile for past 10 years regularly. so it is request to pls help me out from this.

I m punam shekhawat, i registered for jr engineer post in bsnl on 10/7/2016 they accepted double payment as exam fee
My registration id is 617609 and still it is not showing payment payed how can i get the extra amount payed back. The payment done was through online mode

I observed during last three-four months, that within first seven days my usage crosses the maximum limit for browsing at 4 Mbps speed, and I am asked to upgrade by paying additional fees, for browsing at that speed. As my usage can not be that much, I wanted to change my Broad band password as I believe it is being unauthorisedly being used by somebody who either know my password (Incidentally the Password was setup by BSNL's outsourced technician) or some one has hacked it. But for doing so on the web I have to put an e-mail Id created by bsnl in my name, which ends with @ bsnl.in. However, this e-mail ID and Password was not advised to me by BSNL. As per the procedure, one can know that only by giving a missed call to a mobile no. beginning with 0, from one's landline to which the broadband connection is provided. But I could not make that call from my landline as IT HAS NO STD FACILITY. I spoke to BSNL customer service centre official for help but they are clueless about how to solve this problem. Please help me in pursuing BSNL for enabling Password change of Broadband by alternative way or let them communicate my BSNl e-mail ID and Password to enable me for making Password change myself. I'm kishore. without my permission music on hungama and music on demand services activated in my land line number[protected]. last month i gave a written complaint in local exchange. but they don't take any action. they didn't give me proper information. this month also services continued in my present billing. so deactivate both services immediately.

My bsnl phone number is[protected]...i want to top up only 200..but top up is incresed..i wnat only top up 200..

It is regretted to inform you that new connection i. e.[protected] has been installed at my home address i. e. 16/343, subhash basti, near jai bharat school, mal godam road, sirsa on dated[protected] but inspite of repeated requests made to bsnl officers/officials broad band connection and telephone is not in working condition. please remove my complaint immediately.

I received a call from BSNL Hungama during April 2016 that I am to get free services if I provide to them my mobile number and email address and I provided to them but I am sorry to inform you that I got MODCHG in my lanline bill during May to June 2016 bill totalling Rs 674.
BSNL never gives any kind of services to its clients without the written consent of its customers and not only that BSNL asks for deposit to its clients.
But here no written consent nor any kind of deposit is taken.
Telling for FREE services and debiting in my bill is looting to the public and cheating to the public.Who has given permission to BSNL HUNGAMA to debit in my bill ?

My name is ravindra reddy b from andhra pradesh circle guntur dist narasaraopet.

Now i am using bsnl network ([protected]) i am decided to change bsnl to vodafone. so i sent a port message to bsnl15 days back after that i received number i can submitted to vodafone office at narasaraopet branch, but still now i am not changing my mobile network.

I am submitted the required documents on[protected] & second time (jul 02, 2016) and i taken vodafone sim but still now it not changed from bsnl to vodafone???

What is the problem

We have bsnl land line it was not worked last two months. We are complaint and also registered in the bsnl office also till not connected but bill coming regularly. We are regularly intimate complaint till no action for that

I recharged my bsnl number [protected] two times which is a paramilitary sim. i recharged always of 99 rs/-. but this time i recharged two times my bsnl number.

1. first recharge at 08:49 with refrence id :-[protected] by retailer no.:- [protected] on 05/07/20166

2. second recharge at 17:21 with refrence id :-[protected] by retailerr no.:- [protected] on 05/07/2016
But i get the validity only for one month. for get detail about this problem i call on 1503. but their is no response. bsnl customer care does not attend the call. customer care ignore this number.
