I am enjoying bsnl services since last 30 years. I am not using telephone since last 3/4 years because it is mobile phone time. Still i have opted to maintain landline telephone. Some time back i requested bsnl to add internet/ as they gave landline users of free gb per month but i cannot use as the speed/ system was not well.
Now they are charging me wrong/ inflated bills. I request you to look in to the matter.
I am ready to pay bills as old bills
Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Almost every week on Saturday evening and Sunday full day my bsnl landline fibre internet connection shows out of order and no action is taken from bsnl side. Even no person come to check the fault. When we talk to seniors of bsnl they just assure us but actually no action planned or executes. We are from sunrise city, niwaroo, jaipur, Rajasthan.

    As i plan to change the port from bsnl to other
    I am facing problem while sending port message it showing (Message sending fail) kindly advise what i have to do to send port message.
    I need to change urgently so kindly help me as a priority message.
    I send to bsnl customer service centre and showed the message but unfortunately they are not able to solve the issues.

    I have all ready surrender my landline phone in june 2019 at BSNL office sector.no.11, Gandhinagar 382011(gujarat).along with my bank details but till i did not get Refund of my landline phone[protected].
    so, you are requested to pl.send me a cheque of deposit amount.as soon as possibly

      My landline [protected], account no.[protected], was surrendered in october 2019. Invoice no. Sdcap[protected] for october 2019, after deducting bill amount rs. 63.84, the refund payable is shown as rs. 2771.80. Even after a lapse of 5 months, the refund amount is not transferred to my bank account. I am at a loss to understand as to why bsnl being a public sector company doesn't bother to transfer security deposit amount even after 5 months.

      I am unable to send SMS in spite of correct setting of message center number. I have BSNL prepaid connection. After repeated trials, sometimes the SMS goes. Please help.
      The company has activated Caller tune on my number [protected]. And despite many efforts it has not been deactivated.

        From a week my bsnl prepaid sim card is not working. My hand set is okay. My number is [protected]. Network signal appears on the hand set screen. I try to call but it said not registered on network. Other sim cards are perfectly working in the same particular hand set. My sim card when used in a different hand set the same result received. Other bsnl sim cards used in same location work perfectly. Please help

          On 26 february 2020 i tried to recharge my prepaid bsnl sim with rs 365 through bsnl official website, the recharge was failed providing reason "invalid credentials" but rs 365 was deducted from my sbi debit card.

                I am living in kattappana, idukki dist., kerala.
                I had a bsnl 4g connection. The number is ported from jio 4g. I recharged the number for rs.108 combo pack.

                But after using mobile data i found that the data speed is slow.
                A 4g connection showing 14 kbps, 10kbps.. Etc.
                I contact customer care many times but they didn't attend the call.
                So bad..
                I knew that bsnl 4g is not released everywhere in india and it is now available only in kerala in selected areas (Like idukki).
                But why this slow speed.
                Apn is correct, signal bar is full, could make calls. But can't use data be cause of slow speed.
                I am now using data on my secondary sim (Airtel), the data speed is max.10 mbps.
                My combo pack is wasting now.
                So please solve this problem.
                Does this company need customers or not?

                  Waste o[censored]sing bsnl broadband connection, not network connectivity at all. Even for months there is no internet at home. All the green lights display on the modem buy never provides internet. They gain money by cheating people.
                  Too many complaints have been raised still none shows up, even if they attend they close the issue even if it is not resolved.

                      Today I received a message from BSNL about a service called divya_14 and amount is deducted I want to know why they do so without my permission activate that service
                      My father's BSNL Prepaid Connection was recharged twice in last 48 hours. It appears that outgoing would get barred once again in 24 hours even through a/c has a balance of Rs 105.

                        I am from kerala. I have a bsnl landline (Including broadband connection) with the number[protected] [pandalam, pathanamthitta dist]. I have used the bsnl services until october 2019 without any issues. But during the month of november 2019 due to lack of money, i have a 2-months bill payment pending. Due to this reason my bsnl incoming and outgoing facility, the broadband connection was disconnected and i got a message regarding this on my phone. But from december onwards i received telephone bills for respective months and now my pending bill amount is 3125/-. But still, broadband charges apply for my disconnected landline.

                        I am ready to pay my used time bill amount. Then why can i pay for disconnection time bill payment? please sir, please adjust my disconnection time bill amount. last week i submitted a request to the pandalam bsnl telephone exchange. But still no response from their side. That's why i am writing this mail.
                        Please, sir, consider my request and take appropriate action. I wish to continue my landline connection

                            I am regularly receiving message from bt-bsnlcg as under –
                            "dear customer your pack dil dosti chatting (54000) is renewed with rs3.0 for 3 days. To unsub send sms stop or call 155223 (Tollfree).
                            I have sent sms and called on 155223, but nothing is happening, but still the charges are getting deducted regularly for the past few months. I have never ever subscribed to this sort of pack. Plz refund all the amount and unsuscribe it.
                            Please redress my grievance immediately.

                              I, shivpoojan kori, had lost my mobile phone nokia 3 with two sim card bsnl [protected] before 6 months. I did fir for same also. I had called many times to bsnl customer care for blocking the sim card but now this number is working. I am requesting to block my sim card as soon as possible. I would be not responsible if any illegal activity happened by same number [protected].

                                  Its showing no service in my phone, even after i replaced the sim as per the request made by BSNL authorities its not done.Even if it shows network coverage the persons calling to the number gets the notification that the "network is out of coverage".So i tried to port the number to another service provider but i am not getting the UPC code

                                  I could not pay my bill on line and was late by few days. I paid my bill for ₹251/- on 31 St of January and still my outgoing call facility has not been released. This my be looked into and my connection outgoing as well incoming be restored immediately..

                                    I am a bsnl customer for more than 25 years. I am from balakati near bhubaneswar. My phone number is [protected]. My bsnl broadband internet service is not working for more than a month. I have already registered complaints more than 30 times in tweeter and through customer service but no action is taken till now. I personally approach the local bsnl exchange technician and take then to home for service but it seems any cable fault from the exchange but till now after approaching higher authorities more than 2-3 times no action is taken.
                                    Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    Daily I receive a message that 5 rs are deducted from my balance. There is no reason why is it getting deducted and how to unsubscribe for whatever reason it is deducted.
                                    All the money that has been deduced should be restored.
                                    Complaint lodged in the last 15 days, twice escalated by operator vide Nos.[protected] and [protected] but my phone remains out of order till 03 rd.Feb.'2020.

                                      Please shift my telephone on medical ground basis because my mother is ill and we are suffering non available of telephone connection. If any thing happens to my mother i will go for a legal action in consumer court.

                                      The employees of Bsnl nampally A.D. and category incharge and P.A.of CGM are warning group d's(attenders, ladies) making them to clean the toilets of their own houses and others house.This happened yesterday at CGM house.These people are using ladies for their personal uses. I request you to take Severe action should be taken against them soon.
