Respected sir,
I am from kerala. I have a bsnl landline (Including broadband connection) with the number[protected] [pandalam, pathanamthitta dist]. I have used the bsnl services until october 2019 without any issues. But during the month of november 2019 due to lack of money, i have a 2-months bill payment pending. Due to this reason my bsnl incoming and outgoing facility, the broadband connection was disconnected and i got a message regarding this on my phone. But from december onwards i received telephone bills for respective months and now my pending bill amount is 3125/-. But still, broadband charges apply for my disconnected landline.
I am ready to pay my used time bill amount. Then why can i pay for disconnection time bill payment? please sir, please adjust my disconnection time bill amount. last week i submitted a request to the pandalam bsnl telephone exchange. But still no response from their side. That's why i am writing this mail.
Please, sir, consider my request and take appropriate action. I wish to continue my landline connection
