I have lost my mobile and somebody is misusing that sim. I have filed an FIR with Police Station New Shimla. I request to block the sim and issue me new sim at my new address.

As i am out of india for around 8 months my bsnl sim automatically deactivated. How can i activate the sim. The sim shows no service and i want to fix it as soon as possible. Is it possible to fix it from outside india.
