Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — unable to send mnp porting sms and unresponsive customer care service | |||
I've been experiencing network difficulties and extremely low internet speeds lately on my carrier network bsnl. And since 22nd of july 2019, from around 6.30 - 7.00 pm, the internet speeds have dropped so low that it is absolutely impossible to even open a web page in one go. (I'm using my family member's mobile hot-spot (Via airtel carrier sim) to file this complaint. Such is the condition of the net speeds here.) I have been calling the customer care at 1503 to reach the customer care executive, since 22nd july 8.28 pm. Since then, i've called on the number to reach then at various times of the day. Varying from 10.00 am to 12.00 noon or in the evening at 5.00 pm. I've also requested call backs by selecting the option via the automated voice system. But neither was my call received even once after waiting, nor was i called back. Now i'm trying to port my number to another network carrier but its only those sms that are not being sent! As if they're being blocked specifically! I've tried more than 10 times but to no use. I hope this matter is taken care of at the earliest. Being a college student, its really very difficult to manage payments or form fill ups with such internet instability. And furthermore, the consumer should in an uninfringed manner be able to send the port sms. Was this information helpful? | |||
