Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — Unbearable delays in receiving OTP messages for online banking transactions

I have a BSNL user. For banking transactions, SMS containing OTP are sent to my mobile number. Most of the times, I don't receive OTP on time. After long time, when I get the OTP, transaction ls are already expired. I can say this issue is with BSNL because with other mobile service providers, banking transactions related SMS are fast and smooth.
