Hello,
On[protected], i tried recharging my bsnl mobile no. [protected] with rs. 159 at 0856 hrs. Through paytm app. My money was deducted but recharge was not received. I was given the following details: operator ref no.[protected], transaction receipt order no. [protected]. I am not being able to make calls saying i have insufficient balance.
I also registered a complaint at bsnl customer care, the docket no. Was 1j18346509 which was closed without resolving the issue. This letter was sent to bsnl appellate, kolkata but so far they have not acknowledged my problem. Bsnl is too irresponsible towards its customers. Please help.

Attached are the screenshots of messages and invoices. I am going to forward the mail to consumer forum as well. Kindly resolve the issue and return back the amount or recharge my mobile as soon as possible.

Due to nonpayment of Bill, my outgoing call was barred and I used to receive message stating this. Since then I have paid my bill and even outgoing service has been restored but still I am getting the same message

    My land line number is[protected]. I need the incoming call details on october 19th and 20th only. I need the call history of incoming calls history what i mentioned above. If i get that details it is very helpful for me. To my land line, i am getting so many fake calls that is disturbing very much. So i need to know who is calling and what they want. So mainly i got many fraud calls on oct 20th that's why i need the incoming calls details.

    It took a month for bsnl to finally run my service but the day it started the broadband line was failing again and again
    contacted the line man and he refused to come over and fix the issue
    on further calling he was abusive and demaning.
    On 16/10/2017 at 18.25 pm. i paid Rs.220/- to topup for my mobileno.[protected] through internet banking SBI ref.no.JSB[protected]GA2KGB5. But not yet top up made for my mobile.

      Iam akhil from kerala, thiruvananthapuram district. I had bsnl landline connection for past 10yers. But due to pwd works, the cable was damaged. So i complained to the bsnl exchange for the repairing works. But certain apathy has been notified from the side of bsnl employees, they doesnt solve my issue. So i disconnected my landline and apply for a new broadband and landline combo before two weeks. But till now they doest call me or do any necessary steps for my connection. So i again visited my nearest telephone exchange. They told me that the workers are at different places when they will come, they would check the feasibility. This is not fair. So kindly take notice my issue and take sudden solution for this issue. My std code 0472.

        I am using bsnl 395 plan according to plan there is 60 days calls and data service but they suddenly stomped service without information. But when i inquired they are telling companies black out day for two days for depawali festival. But when i inquired for this plan ie 395 they didn't tell this not going to work in black out days and they didn't mentioned in terms and condition and i'm getting useless response from customer service center. Even though such black out day is there they would have informed me earlier i would have planned for somthing

          I have bsnl prepaid number ([protected]), kanpur (Up).
          On oct 17, i was paying for svt444 through free-charge platform, i canceled the payment, as could not get otp from my banker and processed it again freshly and successful transition was carried out.
          I got sms from bsnl that the payment has been done twice, vide order id nos : fcva[protected] and fcva[protected] and subsequently the money has been detected also.
          You are requested to refund the excess amount received or extend the validity period to 180 days.

            My mother using a mobile with bsnl sim,
            She is uneducated, she don't know the service to use. Bsnl providers activating services and deducting her balance. Recently i came to know that she had a service from so many days and from bsnl they are deducting her balance as she recharges. So how it is justified to deducting balance for the act she don't done.
            In this way, they are deducting so many people money who are illiterate.
            Stop these type of service to earn money on poor old people

                I have recharged mobile [protected] on[protected] for rs :149 and want to cancel that recharge asap. I have done recharge through paytm but paytm customer care is telling they cant do anything as payment is already went to bsnl operator. I tried to call bsnl customer care but i didn't get proper response from their side and they are totally irresponsibly handling all the customers. So requesting you to please handle my request and repay my amount.

                  My post paid sim for which i requested to disconnect two months ago not yet disconnect and bill is still coming. The vidhyarayapura (Bangalore) bsnl office from where i had taken sim post paid requested to discontinue on written application, but they denied to take it and advised not to clear bill and tell that is will automatic discontine when it cross the limit of security amounts. Please advise me what to do now.

                  BSNL promised 2mbps speed Post-FUP for plans above Rs. 675. However, it seems that it is not the case this month. I'm stuck with what seems to be 1mbps. Even then, that 1mpbs hovers down to 0.6mbps. This is completely unacceptable in 2017.

                    I, velagapudi nageswara rao, resident of plot number 17, esswar villas, nizampet road, kukatpally, hyderabad - 500090 have surrendered the bsnl land line telephone connection bearing number[protected] on 23.01.2017, and submitted the application duly completed. My bank account details along with a 'cancelled cheque' was also enclosed to the cancellation application as desired by the bsnl authorities.

                    Also, my bsnl customer id was [protected] and account number was [protected].

                    The refund is still pending with bsnl authorities since 9 months and all my reminders and submissions are in vain.

                    Regular cut my main balance while my data setting is permanent off . Near about 15 days daily cut my balance without justify reason .This is totally unfair .This is loot by company .
                    We have paid the internet payments on time & do not get adequate internet connection. It usually goes off for long hours on every alternate days.Have tried to communicate to customer care, they also couldn't help to resolve our problem. We kindly request to resolve our problem soon for permanent basis otherwise will disconnect our BSNL connection

                      My bsnl landline no. Is +[protected]. On this no. A call received 2-3 days back and asked about broad band service. I told @ speed problem. As we are residing near telephone exchange my husband asked the caller about identification. Caller explained @ bsnl broadband but never asked about add-on like hungama. He asked about registration of mobile and gave the no. Of my mobile. Without consent and need they send the message of activated add-on and send message of so.
                      Please de activate hungama and any other activated add on service from my land line no. (+[protected].

                          I have been allotted landline number 2666727, and the broadband service and even landline is giving nightmares to me. Many a time, it has been brought to the concerned authorities but of no use.
                          Instrument provided by bsnl is giving much trouble and complaint regarding this has been registered continually
                          Instrument provided in replacement is also has the same problem. I am unable to received and make calls
                          But i am forced to pay the monthly bill amount
                          If this is the case, i shall be forced to get the connection disconnected

                              I've paid my landline bill (September 2017) online through bsnl portal. First time it showed page unavailable after the transaction and when i checked the bill is still unpaid. So i did it for another time.                                 Of late, there have been frequent problems in bsnl broadband service to my land line number[protected]. The trouble started in the middle of september, 2017. Most of the time it is totally out of order or it is sporadic. Whenever i make a complaint i promptly get the complaint register number promptly sent to my registered mobile number. Some technician from bsnl would call me after some time and set right the fault. After a few hours it is status quo, either the line is dead or if at all it works, then sporadically the broadband service would be on and off, causing annoyance. The same story gets repeated day after day. Till today the problem is not resolved and i am helpless.in fact, i had sent an email to the following email id [protected]@gmail.com on 14th and a reminder on 17th september. There was no acknowledgement from bsnl. However, on september 19th the problem was set right temporarily for 2or 3 days and again the same problem continues!
                                What i am surprised is that bsnl being a giant public sector undertaking with such a strong and technically sound staff, it is a shame that the problem could not be solved. As a last resort, i have come to this forum as a court of last resort and even then if bsnl could not solve it then i have to switch over to a better alternative!

                                  I was holding land line connection with phone no[protected] with broadband and email id [protected]@bsnl.in connection.

                                  On 01.04.2017 i have migrated from land line to ftth connection with the same email id assigned.

                                  Since then i am not able to access my email id "[protected]@bsnl.in"

                                  Several attempts to retrieve is failed and has been adviced to contact nos. Also not fetched the result.

                                  Needs help to retrieve access to email id "[protected]@bsnl.in"

                                    Because of my job purpose i have to leave bangalore, so i need your support to disconnect broadband connection and give the disconnection information, and the final bill towards the above said telephone number at the earliest from your esteemed organisation.

                                    My phone line has been dead for more than a month now from 15th May 2018. When i went to complain the guys told me that due some digging work the internet is not working and they are sorting out the matter. But nothing has been done as yet. My area in Vodlem Bhat, Quepem Goa. Give me a revised bill so that I am not charged for the months that the service is not provided.

                                      Subject : requesting for a new bsnl tower installation in miyaru — puduvettu

                                      Miyaru is a locality in puduvettu village of belthangadi taluk, dakshina kannada district, karnataka. Which is about 10kms from famous temple 'sri kshetra dharmasthala'. This area has a temple which have history of 300 years, and average population of 5000 including students.

                                      As the locality does not have any cellular cell site/mobile tower we are getting difficult to connect outer world. The locality have a temple and two schools, the devotees those who come to the temple are facing network issue. Not only them the whole locality doesn't have proper network coverage.

                                      The people of village are getting trouble to communicate in this digital era. The entire people those who are living in this locality completely deprived from some basic rights due to improper network coverage.

                                      The distressful matter is that the people of the locality getting difficult for 'voice call' in this 2017. "development of india is depends on development of village", villagers are many times quoted that backbone of india. "empowerment of villages is the empowerment of india" etc, they say. These problems raised only because of inadequate network

                                      Installing a new cell tower to our location could be a better solution to all above mentioned problems and would be profitable for 'bsnl' as well as there no other network operators in our location.

                                      Behalf of all the villagers i request trai to take a action in this regard at earliest and connect miyaru to the outer world by installing a new bsnl cell site in our location.

                                        Please tell me how do i surrender my landline number. Each time i visit the bank office they turn out to be very ignorant and gives excuses and delays the matter. It's not possible for me to pay the huge amount of bill for the ignorance of bank staff. Very much disappointed with the customer service. Please let me know as soon as possible the way to surrender the number. Thanks and regards.

                                        I am sorry. Not bank office it's bsnl office and bsnl staff. It's due to autocorrect.
                                        My parents are in a old age home in Anupatti. For the past 10 days the tower signal is nil or very weak. Unable to contact, the voice breaks. Please look into this urgently.
