Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — very high ping to singapore servers

For the past 1 month the ping to south east Asia valve servers been at 300+ ms. I use my internet connection mainly for gaming. Before the ping used to be around 120ms but for the past 1 month it is at 300 ms which is not usable. i speak for a lot of my friends and frustrated gamer's in my region who are suffering because of this high ping. kindly fix the issue
