Wrong recharge of rs 187 to my number [protected] through paytm which was already recharged with rs 485. Please do refund back and cancel recharge rs 187 from this number. And i would like to know why this customer care no. Is not accessible from other services? This is the reason bsnl is losing its loyal customers. Kindly refund back. Operator reference no. My mobile No.is [protected] and I have been trying to de-activate BSNL Job portal (52000) since 3 weeks by sending STOP to 155223 as suggested by BSNL. But, BSNL is deducting Rs.7/- per week automatically. I request you to kindly de-activate this bloody service immediately.
