Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited [BSNL] — About my refund amount of Rs.197 | |||||
Dear sir, I had recharged online on 2nd Oct. 2015 via mobikwik website. RECHARGE WAS SUCCESSFUL. But benefit of that data pack was not given to me. I complaint about it to customer care and also on [protected]@bsnl.in I provide him transaction id also for that recharge. I spoke to mobikwik customer care.They told me that" if your recgarge would not successful, amount will automatically refunded on your wallet. Your recharge is successful so you have to speak with your telecom service provider." Since then I was mailing and talking with BSNL authorised person but I still not get my refund. I request you to kindly check details and refund me my money as soon as possible. It has been 5 months from the date of my recharge but no solution is provided yet.
