Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited [BSNL] — Prepaid mobile top up amount vanished without making sufficient calls | |||
Sir, My Mobile No is [protected], Bangalore number prepaid BSNL connection I top up on 22 Dec 15 with an amount Rs 135 for 300 minutes call time for out going calls. The was done successfully. The amount was credited and my mobile was showing more than 10 hrs talk time including previous balance. But now t is showing zero balance. I have not made sufficient calls. There is something wrong, Please find out.
