Bharathi Travels — No proper COVID PRECAUTIONS and no respect for passengers and more over rudeness

As per i have booked ticket for BANGALORE TO DAVANAGERE IN REDBUS APP THE TIME DEPARTURE WAS AT 11PM. BUS CAME BY 11:15 AND BUS CAME FOR MAJESTIC AND ANAD RAO CIRCLE 4 TIMES AGAIN AND AGAIN THE BUS LEFT MAJESTIC WAS AROUND 12AM. WORST TRAVELS EVER NO PROPER COVID PRECAUTIONS HAVE BEEN TAKEN NOTHING ITS LIKE A GOVERNMENT BUS ATLEAST THEY HAVE BETTER PRECAUTIONS. Please find the attachment attached that's the bus arrival time
