Bharathi Travels — Unsafe during COVID times and not dropped at booked location | |
Hello, I have booked a bus from Bangalore to Hyderabad and return on the same day evening from Hyderabad to Bangalore in same bus. Booking was from Electronic City to Hyderabad and return to Electronic City. Following are the issues noticed in the bus. 1. As per booking information water was supposed to be provided which is not provided in both the journey. 2. They provided blanket in the bus. I marked on the blanket to check if same is provided without washing. My doubt became true and I got the same blanket as my return journey was on the same seat. This means that they have not given washed the blanket in this risky times. In buses like orange travels they provide washed blanket in a cover. This is highly risky considering the COVID situation and in case I get affected by COVID I will make Bharathi travels responsible due to these unsafe practices. 3. I was supposed to be dropped to Electronic City. Driver told the bus will go till Hosa Road only where as in booking details it showed Electronic City. I called up the customer care and he informed the driver to drop me at Electronic City. Driver later told this is not going to happen and customer care is not going to lift the call and same happened and I was forced to get dropped at Hosa Road. Result of which I had to pay more taxi fare to reach back to my home. I strongly do not recommend to travel in Bharathi travels due to the above risk factors. Request relevant authority to take action in order to prevent spread of COVID due to these unsafe practices performed by bharathi travels. Was this information helpful? | |
