Bharathiar University — Not getting degree certificate even after paying tatkal fees.

I have made a fee payment of ₹2400 for my degree certificate on 21 may 2021, i paid tatkal payment amount to get degree in a month because i need it to take admission in my further studies, i need to show my degree to further instruction as i have paid them my fees it has a deadline . I have been mailing multiple times to university at [protected]@gmail.com / [protected]@buc.edu.in to send my degree as soon as possible but not a single time i get reply.this is strictly unprofessional gesture by university they never even reply, I sent all my documents copy and along with dd by post to bharathiar university . It must have received by speed post at bharathiar university on 27th may 2021. Now it’s been a month i got no response.
Kindly let me know update about my degree certificate.
